    "Awful customer service"

    Posted 2024-03-31

Pros: App generally is good has many useful functions.
But will let you down due to poor and arrogant customer service.

Cons: Awful customer service so there is no help. I have lost all lot files due to their back up system failure, and upgrading customer package is a nightmare. After 5 days of sending emails and calling. Awful customer service very arrogant and useless. Had argument with them. Blaming me for being abusive as they say, which is their own fault. Not that they locked my account. Disgraceful. Not admitting their own failure causing me a lot trouble in losing files and business. Should sue them for losing my files.

Overall: Very bad customer service is nonexistent.
App itself is good. But unfortunately lack of customer service will let down and cause a lot of trouble. Upgrading is a nightmare, they always make mistake not admitting.
I lost many files due to backup failure and not being able to download my files.

    "EasyCert Software"

    Posted 2022-08-17

Pros: Can not mention any pros, spent more time trying to get the software to work than actually using it, more complicated than it needs to be and with virtually no phone support it takes too long to rectify any issues.

Cons: Customer service is pretty much non existent, rarely answer the phone, nothing but problems with licensing issues after payment.

Overall: Avoid, too many problems and lack of support.
