Pros: Really easy to use from the start—no learning curve at all. Setting up our event was quick, and guests had no trouble buying or using their tickets. Loved that everything worked on mobile without needing an app. It made the whole process feel super organized and stress-free.

Cons: Would be nice to have a few more customization options for the event page—like different layouts or font choices. Also, a simple ticket transfer option would be helpful for guests who can’t make it and want to give their ticket to someone else. Nothing major, just little things that could make it even better.

Overall: Easy Event Tickets was a great choice for our event. It was simple to set up, super user-friendly, and made the whole ticketing process way less stressful. Everything ran smoothly, our guests had a great experience, and we’ll definitely be using it again.

Cons: It's always hard to get used to a new product and there are so many features here, so it did take a bit of time for my first event.
