    "Great Customer Service and IT Dept"

    Pros: The reps are friendly and professional. They work hard to resolve issues and make sure we are satisfied.

    Cons: Wish there were a way to make address labels or address envelopes for single company or patient.

    Overall: Excellent customer service! We have been using EZBIS for over 4 yrs, after having a terrible experience with one of their competitors. They certainly care for their customers.

    "Great software and excellent support"

    Pros: The software is easy to use and train your staff on . It has has great tracking options in the calendar so you can not just look at the day but also the week.

    Cons: The software could use some better support self help options rather than call, but the staff is great when I do call.

    Overall: I use it every day and it really makes notes, billing and appointments easy. I love that I can track if patients confirm or not.

    "I have used EZBIS for almost 20 years and still love it!"

    Pros: I purchased EZBIS in 2003 because of the price and have yet to come across another software that would better suit my needs or compete with the cost. It does everything in my clinic that I need and I feel comfortable with it.

    Cons: I am not a fan of EHR's in general, so this is a part of the software I almost never use.

    Overall: I have used EZBIS for almost 20 years and have not plans in changing and look forward to another 20 years of great service and support.

    Pros: I have used this program for all 34 years in practice and can honestly say I have found nothing that I like better or easier to teach a new employee. Very simple and extremely excellent customer service.

    Cons: For the time that I have used Ezbis I have not experienced any cons with their product. There might have been some changes that were needed but they always listened to their users and made upgrades like a good company should!

    Overall: From the start of my practice to 34 years later they have kept up with the times and made a product that is very user friendly. Even in times of transition and updates the service that I have encountered has been top notch.

    Pros: Customer Service awesome. No waiting times. Competent employees. Very user friendly software. Not expensive

    Cons: I don't have any cons at this time. I am happy with the software

    Overall: Been with Ezbis for 20 years and have been totally satisfied. Would highly recommend. The staff at Ezbis has been there for years and I feel very comfortable when speaking to them.
