    "Poor Customer Service"

    Pros: The software does look good and it will do pretty much what you want it to do. You can select the free version which is pretty basic, but it may just do what you need it to do. You can however trial all the versions for free

    Cons: The company I suspect has no one who knows anything technical about the product. They are based in a house in Lichfield in the UK and do not answer emails or the telephone.
    They have no training available, apart from a handful of videos that do not have any sound to them!! That in it's self is quite poor. I would have though a company selling a product like this would be able to support it.

    Overall: Wish i hadn't purchased it to be honest. I use CAD software a little bit, I am not an expert, but people in our business do and we were looking for an alternative to Autocad. If this had a technical support person it would be a winner
