DocuWare

Pros: I like that Docuware is effortless to deploy and that it comes with great features.
It is easy to use and makes content collaboration seamless.
The user interface is also one of the best.

Cons: Since Docuware has not presented any challenges, I have no reasons to complain.

Overall: My experience with Docuware has been very great. It works well and it is very secure. It makes handling our business documents seamless.

Pros: You are able to hold a TON of information within this software. It is nicely organized and categorized. Great for keeping files all in one place. Also, stamps are a nice touch in auditing.

Cons: Searching for documents can sometimes be difficult, as the software is finicky and you have to input the EXACT spelling and abbreviation to find anything you are looking for. Also, uploading can be a pain, as it is all manual scans and folders have to be created by using manual cover pages. If there could be a more tech savvy way of uploading, this would be great.

Overall: Good for organizing and keeping a mass amount of files, however uploading the files is very time consuming and often times mistakes can be made because of it. A more technical way of doing things virtually I think cold really benefit this software for the better.
