Pros: The ability to add credit to the business and track individual employees and accounts is very helpful.

Cons: Would like to have payment terms greater than 30 days.

Overall: Efficient, flexible and effective. When paired with Bill.com, the two provide great online tools to manage our business.

Pros: - User friendly

Cons: - Doesn't integrate with every accounting software.

Overall: I have had a great experience with the software and so far everyone on the team has enjoyed using it.

Pros: It allows you to budget and create account for employees and departments to keep a balanced budget.

Cons: None that I can think of at the moment. It’s new for us.

Overall: It’s been a great asset to our business and accounting to pass over to our CPA without all the paperwork and receipts.

Pros: I started using Divvy just to build business credit. After I started using Divvy I was amazed how easy it was to use. I use it for merchants and vendors. I can set a certain amount on a virtual or physical card for each vendor and not have to worry about being overcharged on that card. It takes the worrying about the budget out of the picture so I can focus on my business. Thanks Divvy.

Cons: What I don't like is that any administrator can have access to any budget or I haven't figured that out yet. Hopefully it will change soon.

Overall: Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I am amazed at how much I like using this app. I plan on using Divvy for all my vendors and expenses.

Pros: I love that Divvy provides multiple cards with customizable budget options to manage spending for different department needs. The ease of being able to turn a card on or off and approve funds is fantastic. And the app is an incredible source of convenience for all of us!

Cons: My only complaint right now is not being able to link more than one bank account to my Divvy account...but I hear that may be an added feature in the near future!?!?

Overall: My experience with Divvy has been incredibly positive. I love the flexibility and security I feel with my Divvy account for our business needs.

Pros: Divvy gives me complete transparency into all my employees credit card transactions. I know how much is spent, when, and where. Receipts visible and attached for review. Our credit card reconciliation went from taking 2-3 days to a matter of minutes. Couple that with it being free and it's a no brainer.

Cons: So far so good. The only thing I might add would be to make it so that I can pay other vendors that may not accept credit card.

Overall: Divvy does a great job of keeping us informed and helping us manage our business. Easy and simple to use.

Pros: User friendly platform, delivering what is promised and integration with QB and everything it delivers.

Cons: Need budget line items. Currently we can list spending by giving limit to each credit card only. I am hoping to set up our budgets' line item/each expense.

Overall: No need to wait for credit card statement, daily reconciliation with Divvy. Divvy cards are accepted everywhere and easy steps for posting Receipts solved our challenge.

Pros: I love the price…free!
I pay off every week and get tons of rewards points.
Super simple tool and easy for all to use.

Cons: I can’t see any cons to using the software. I would like to use visa instead of MasterCard for Costco purchases.

Overall: This is an extremely helpful tool for me as admin. We stopped having to reimburse staff and wait on receipts.

Pros: Simple and user friendly, transparent, easy to set up, GREAT system, great system support from Divvy! Fantastic customer support!

Cons: Not able to integrate with Sage Intacct and collaborate.

Overall: LOVE it and definitely will recommend it to other organizations.

Pros: Have used Expensify and traditional credit cards in the past, and Divvy has replaced both, while giving me more control over my company expenses with flexible and virtual credit cards. Their team is also great, support is super quick, and their UI/UX is fantastic. They care a lot.

Cons: I do wish their credit cards allowed for an annual spend limit versus just monthly and one-time. The other piece is that their cashback redemption feels a bit kludgy, wish it was a bit more sleek/seamless. Though the product is free to use so I can't complain too much. This is the last sticking point for me currently though.

Overall: They are definitely leaders in the space, and I've regularly evaluated competitors. Happy customer and recommending Divvy to everyone who wants to streamline their expense tracking + credit card spending control.

Pros: Their interface is very slick and easy to use. Freezing and unfreezing cards plus setting default transactions is very helpful for record keeping.

Cons: Longer payoff time, other corporate cards don't have the payment in the exact same month as a transaction, but 30 days post month close. There is less of a benefit for managing float with Divvy.

Overall: Overall a positive experience, slick interface, fast and clear approval process. But as mentioned before they should have longer float like other corporate cards.

Pros: We love how slick and easy Divvy is. We came over from Expensify, which was a constant headache. Divvy easily syncs with Quickbooks. It's a breeze for the team to use and myself to administrate.

Cons: We hoped Divvy would be a "one stop shop" for our needs. We are still waiting for more robust reimbursement features (namely the ability to do ACH reimbursements) and would love a bill pay option to be integrated, rather than separate on bill.com.

Overall: Divvy is incredible at what it does -- our only criticism is that we wish it would do more! Their support is friendly, personal, helpful and we'd love to do all our business finance with them.

Pros: Divvy is fantastic. I have created separate cards for many separate purchases. Giving employees access to
company credit card is so easy to monitor. Just the other day an online company tried to bill our card for an order that was not authorized. Luckily we had used a divvy temp card and we did not get stuck with a bill.

Cons: I would like to be able to do a touch and pay at a store with a virtual card.

Overall: Best card I have ever had. I wish I had a personal credit card that worked so well. I have already recommended to many of my associates. It's a must have card.

Pros: Divvy makes tracking expenses and card purchases a breeze. We are loving this program. Easy to setup.

Cons: None. This was easy to setup with the videos and tutorials.

Overall: Great work Divvy on creating an awesome platform. Easy to setup and easy to use. Love it and cannot say anymore.

Pros: How easy it works for our team! Simple, quick, and easy to implement. Budgets are a great way to control spending.
The app reminders for receipts are great.

Cons: A little detail on card delivery timing would be good. When you set up to have a physical card sent the card status doesn't change it remains as not activated. Would be nice if it changed to card sent.

Overall: Our team absolutely loves Divvy! I tested Divvy personally for a few months before rolling it out to our team. The first people to use it were impressed with the ease of use and how well thought out the app was.

Overall: Divvy has been great to use and helping establish and grow my business. Great overall card to have and would definitely recommend!!!

Pros: Divvy's application was really simple. After approval, the virtual card feature enabled me to use it immediately and since it is supported by Google Pay, I was able to use the card in Europe without having actually received me physical card.

I like the options it provides in terms of integrations and the ability to create a budget for each user.

Most of all, I find the support superlative. The team is very responsive to questions and advice on how to use the product. They are open to input and everyone so far that I've interacted with has been immensely helpful.

Cons: The product is still new. It still needs a bit more automation to be built in, and there are a number of features that require interaction with the support team before one can take advantage of them. This can be a little annoying, but the pros far outweigh the cons.

Overall: Divvy represents a new generation of business credit and expense management. It leverages technology to provide ease, speed, efficiency, accuracy, and features that existing credit card companies just don't offer.

Pros: The platform makes it super easy to see what's going on as an Admin, and my staff can very easily categorize their own expenses on the go. My sales manager just said, "I appreciate it because if this wasn’t so easy, I would be stressed out!"

Cons: I wish I could customize some of the requirements for uploading receipts by vendor type. E.g. lodging requires a receipt regardless of price.

Overall: Implementation was so easy, the sync with Quickbooks is making everything super clean for bookclose.

Pros: Simple the best expense management for my staff during travelling and business purchases. They just have divvy card and all the data presets with our company on cloud. Proper expense report will be generated with clear transparency.

Cons: Staff initially denied to use as it clear every budget and expense. however later on it is the best possible way to cut the leakage in the budget. Truly cost saving.

Overall: Overall for cost cutting, Expense management, Budget formulation and managing control over the expense with ease of spending in controlled manner divvy doing the good.

Pros: The freedom to use anywhere and also they gave me an opportunity that no one else would. Love these guys. They are truly for the smaller businesses. Thank you DIVVY.

Cons: None what so whatsoever. They respond to every issue I have had and they resolved it with great knowledge.

Overall: Absolutely wonderful as a whole. They help in ever way possible and they give great limits for businesses. They’re such a great company.
