    Pros: No Pros, have had nothing but issues with the customer service from Design Master.

    Cons: Paid for a 12 months licence for DM HVAC and Electrical software. After approx 4 months the licences expired and after we asked for the licences to be extended for the full 12 months or refund us the money Design Master refused.

    Overall: Very poor customer service. Can not get a response regarding our licences or refund. Having to recover the costs via our credit card.
