    Pros: It was easy to purchase NBA Top Shots. Good security measures requiring a photo ID.

    Cons: Fees required to remove your money. I don't have anything else to say.

    Overall: You have to pay fees in order to remove your money. Transfer of 247 dollars to my bank cost 25 dollars. This is a rip off. I will never use Dapper or Top Shots again.
