    "No support whatsoever"

    Pros: There are none.

    Cons: Purchased for five computer downloads. Received only one download code that actually worked for one computer but that is all. Try to contact support. Yeah you guessed it nobody was there for support. No email no phone call know nothing. I am demanding my $32.13 refund which was supposed to be able to be done within the 60 days. Instead I'm just going to call the credit card company and denial of charges.

    Folks you're better off going somewhere else take my word for it.

    Overall: I definitely would not recommend this to anybody there are other programs more Astute in customer service.

    "Great registry & junk file cleaner..but duplicate finder??"

    Pros: As I said, does great job cleaning registry and junk files. I have been a member at least for 3 years.

    Cons: However under Tuneup "Duplicate Finder" seems to find all the duplicate files, then provides 2 list "original files" and "Duplicate files " (to delete). So that's the good part, but when click :Clean" immediately it says Done.
    But the files still remain. I have contacted C.L. a month ago, but never responded.

    Overall: Good, except for what I described above. The only issue so far is trying to cleanup duplicate files. It seems to find them, but problem is that it does not remove them.
