The email management system is equally disappointing, with ineffective spam filters and a complex DKIM/DMARC setup process that feels unnecessarily difficult. Security is another major concern, as CyberPanel has known vulnerabilities and unstable configurations that make it unsafe for hosting critical data. The interface itself is clunky and outdated, often requiring users to resort to terminal commands for tasks that should be straightforward. Customer support is abysmal, with slow, generic responses that fail to address actual issues, even for those on premium plans. Adding insult to injury, their refund policy is unfair and rigid, denying refunds during their advertised trial period over trivial reasons like using a coupon code.

Overall: CyberPanel has been one of the most frustrating hosting panels I’ve ever used. It promises a lot—OpenLiteSpeed integration, SSL automation, backups, email management, and more—but fails to deliver on almost every front.

The security concerns are what really sealed the deal for me. The panel feels unstable, and after some research, I discovered it has vulnerabilities, especially with OpenLiteSpeed configurations. This is not something you can ignore when managing live servers or important data.

The final nail in the coffin was their customer support. I paid for their premium plan, thinking I’d at least get some help resolving these issues. Instead, I got slow, generic responses that didn’t address my problems. When I requested a refund—well within their advertised 7-day trial period—they refused because I used a coupon code. It’s absurd that they’d rather hold onto a few dollars than keep a customer satisfied.

If you’re considering CyberPanel, save yourself the frustration. It’s unreliable, insecure, and their support is one of the worst I’ve encountered. There are much better options out there that actually work and don’t make you regret your choice. CyberPanel is a waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid it.

Overall: I would rate this SCAM artists 0 if I could, I understand it's a free cpanel and developers needs money to fund their project. However if you are offering a paid premium service be very sure it's fully functional. This isn't a review to take a company down, folks is a real life experience, took one of their free trial services that doesn't work, reported it several times, got a response once and never again only for them to try to charge my credit card after a trial period. Such a shameful act, many are willing to purchase your extra services, unfortunately, you damaged your reputation with your own God given hands. Such a tacky way to go.
