Pros: I use Cvent daily and it covers nearly all of our event management needs. The greatest aspect is their customer support.

Cons: There are so many features that sometimes things are hard to find or a bit clunky.

Overall: Overall I'd recommend Cvent Event Management for conferences! The level of customer support is truly unmatched.

Pros: I like that a lot of event planning aspects are available within the Cvent ecosystem. There are lots of tools to help you learn and navigate all of the Cvent software.

Cons: I don't like that there's a lot of limitations in terms of design flexibility with the website, registration, and emails.

Overall: I think Cvent is suitable for my company's needs. However, I would like to see more advancements in the design aspect.

Pros: Flexibility, Reporting, Customized attendee experience, Branding opportunities. Ability to create templates

Cons: Information hosted at event level and not able to be copied to other event, i.e. emails.
Very US focus (USD system default currency, no train option in travel actuals).

Overall: Has helped our team to work in a more consistent way and gain efficiency. Event management tool connecting with other Cvent product to improve the attendee journey.

Pros: I like to compatibility of several products and how each feature speaks to each other. Their support and education is also quite extensive.

Cons: Some products are released before they are ready and are missing features that are needed.

Overall: Overall the platform is reliable and solves majority of our needs but could use some more customization to allow us to complete all of our needs.

Pros: Cvent can do everything, from your Call for Papers to on-site badge printing, with its strengths being a very thorough registration and emailing system. I've also used it for diagramming, wrangling exhibitors and speakers, and hosting virtual or hybrid events.

Cons: At this point, first diving into Cvent can get a bit overwhelming if you start with a complex event, due to all the features being there and not necessarily knowing where to find what.

Overall: I've been a Cvent user for over five years now with three different employers. However much of a learning curve it has, I missed it when I was, briefly, not using it anymore!

Pros: I love how simple the program is to use but have a lot of elements to them, a lot of other programs are out there and "Simple" but don't really do much. This allows me to keep better track of my event data and work!

Cons: While the program is simple, occasionally it is hard to find what I need to do. However, Cvent recently released a Search Bar update and this has helped tremendously!

Overall: Overall the product is a great tool and value is there. I would recommend to anyone to give Cvent a try. They have a lot of products for what us event planners need to be successful!

Pros: Multiple features like attendee management, registrations, rfps, reports for analytical solutions and it has integrations too!!

Cons: The site is slower, and the loading time is a bit longer.

Overall: It is a good tool for event management and has external integration capabilities so it can connect with multiple sources.

Pros: This tool is quite easy to use, and intuitively built. Once you know what you are doing you can breeze through a set up! And we event templates, the next setup is easy!

Cons: Needs some updates to the invoice builder. Sometimes, the program shuts down while you are working. I wish the Web Designer would be set to automatically save. I have lost a good deal of work at times.

Overall: Overall the program is easy to use, once you know what you are doing! I highly recommend the Cvent platform for you events!

Pros: Event Management platform helps us to host events of any size and various meeting types and formats (Face-to-face, Virtual, Hybrid).
I especially like the webinar functionality with communication features that enable us for more in-depth attendee networking than regular webinar software.
And, Cvent Event Management is known for its extensive and customizable reporting capabilities, allowing them to access the data they need for informed decision-making.

Cons: Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to achieve one thing.
Sometimes we face issues like it takes additional time and effort required for data entry when trying to import data.
The transition between classic and flex events was a little difficult to adopt when managing an event.

Overall: Streamlines the Event Planning & Management, Cvent Event Management Support is the Best!
This simplifies the administration of each stage of the event lifecycle. This would provide you with the data and insights you need to maximize the reach of your event.
Attendee Hub is a one-stop-shop, Attendee Engagement and Event Feedback are amazing!!

Pros: I enjoy that there are a ton of features you can use in Cvent. You can pull reports for almost any data you need.

Cons: I don't believe Cvent Community is up to date. When I can't find something, or need help, my team and I open have to message our account rep.

Overall: Overall, this is the only event management platform I have used, but it seems to be the best! I would recommend this product to others.

Pros: Cvent has exceptional customer support!!!! Cvent provides a seamless registration - register online, selecting sessions, make payments, etc. The event app provides conference info, attendee schedules, networking opportunities and interactive features. The reporting tools allows us to track attendee engagement and much more to make our conferences better in the future.

Cons: There are no downsides to using Cvent, however, there is a learning curve. The cost is higher than other options but Cvent is by far the most robust, comprehensive platform!

Overall: Cvent support is by far the best support that I have ever had! The software is seamless and user-friendly. The features enhance productivity and efficiency!

Pros: Cvent is easy to learn, provides plenty of opportunities for training including certifications to enhance your own performance development, and access to customer service support for when you're stuck and need an expert solution.

Cons: I've provided feedback on various options we would like to have. Fortunately, Cvent provides us with a forum for suggesting product ideas and allows users to upvote the most interesting and needed ideas.

Overall: Our sites look professional and are easy to follow for anyone registering for our events. We love being asked the question - how did you create this amazing registration site? Cvent has been a great solution for our events.

Pros: Easy event website creation and Customizable registration process with good support. and the flexible features and easy data management.

Cons: It takes time to learn all features in Cvent the user interface can be more understandable and few integration challenges.

Overall: Cvent provides robust data management support and also provides good customer support. and we can get report and insights here easily.

Pros: - The reporting is second to none. It has many templates that can be used to initially build out your initial report.
- Reports are customisable and almost anything can be reported on from the platform
- Cvent support can assist with creating a report for something specific if you can't find it in a template or editing phase
- Reports can be downloaded in 3 different formats including Excel
- Registration is robust and great for complex events with many types of sessions, registration types, hotel and travel, special requirements and free text fields

Cons: - it isn't always the most intuitive and it can be hard to find the answer to a question
- FAQ's, support and search function does not answer specifics
- Our own team of users seem to know more than the Cvent support team a lot of the time
- The system lacks flags for items that are necessary for event builds

Overall: Cvent does what it says on the tin.
I would recommend it for complex registration needs and reporting.

Pros: - Love how efficient it is
- Simple to use
- Quick to set up a new event
- Setting up templates is fantastic to save time with future events

Cons: Price, unless you purchase license and registration when they are on sale it’s a little expensive.

Overall: Cvent Event Management has saved me time as everything is so quick to set up instead of having to set things up manually, it has halved the time is used to take me to set up registration. It’s saving me and my clients money. Not having to pay third parties has also been useful due to not having to pay a % to the third party suppliers.

Pros: The ease of the workflow on Cvent is awesome. Everything is either integrated or automatically pushed, so our work has greatly benefitted from this.

Cons: Some features are not perfectly tailored for incentives events, so we have developed a few work-around.

Overall: Working with Cvent has been a pleasure! Learning the platform was interesting, and it really helped the team evolved with technology.

Pros: Easy to use throughout the stages of your event, Cvent has a solution for almost every part of planning and execution. Everything links together so your event can be seamless.

Cons: Some aspects are a little outdated, but these are constantly being improved. For instance the badge designer is very hard to use, but I know a new version has just recently been released.

Overall: Overall Cvent gives me a lot of useful tools to use throughout my event, to help plan my meetings and manage my delegates.
