Curbside Laundries

Pros: Our laundry mat & dry cleaning retail store added Curbside in early 2020 and we can't believe how it has changed the business. We have been able to calculate our growth with one report, seamlessly process SMS text messages to customer, update prices and add services with limited click throughs. The staff at Curbside is phenomenal - always open to new ideas and prompt to return calls!

Cons: Cons quickly disappear once you share them with the Curbside staff.

Overall: Our overall experience has been unbelievable! We used to spend hours calling customer when orders were completed - no more. We used to spend hours handwriting orders - no more. We used to use track our order's cleaning process on paper - no more. The time saved using Curbside Laundries is money saved to our company.

Pros: This is the total package. This POS system can make your Fluff and Fold run like it should, professional. The ease of use is rather good even if you are not computer savvy. You can use it for drop-off or delivery and everything in between. Not only is your life easier, but so is your attendants.

Cons: I wish there was a manual on certain functions, so I didn't have to call in or email. This is kind of nit picking because 99% is really good.

Overall: I would highly recommend this product for anyone serious about growing their stores Fluff and Fold. I've been using this product daily for over 2 years at my laundry in Hollywood. With the help of the POS and web site we have been able to increase our sales 3 times year over year. It has helped keep us organized and on target to reach our goals. The tracking/reporting software lets us see real time numbers which helps us know if we are meeting our numbers each month. This helps us with our marketing efforts. Overall, I would say if you were interested in getting into fluff and fold or already doing it this product can take you to the next level.

Pros: The system makes running my business so much easier, it is so streamlined. I love that they are laundry owners themselves, so they understand exactly what we need. They are constantly updating as well with new and improved features, and that is so appreciated.
The customer service is great. Whenever I have had a problem, they have retuned my message quickly and been able to resolve the problem.

Cons: It can be hard for customers to access their portal sometimes. this process could be a little more streamlined.

Overall: Overall great experience and a really good system to run a business. Even better since the big updates

Pros: There is constant improvement taking into account the feedback from users and the owners using the software day-to-day to run their own operations.

Cons: There have been some growing pains but nothing substantial.

Overall: Curbside takes a proactive customer centered approach. If I have a problem, they help me resolve it quickly so I can return to managing my business.

Pros: The software is easy to navigate and full of useful features. Time savings from Owner prospective overall. User friendly interface. Robust reporting system and options. Features consistently updated.

Cons: Reports are not customizable. Not able to correct ORDERS once completed. Not able to merged Orders or Clients. Not able to discount ITEM instead of Order.

Overall: The use of the CURBSIDE system has overall saved us time. Time is money. The overall support has been quick and responsive. The "bugs" in the system are worked out quickly. Some adaption of our procedures made this a positive experience overall.

Pros: Customer support is excellent - they are always quick to respond!
The Curbside software makes it easy to manage the work flow and keep tabs on the progress that my employees are making throughout the day. Additionally, Curbside is always soliciting feedback from customers to improve the software so it's constantly getting better!

Cons: It would be beneficial if I could assign which reports my store supervisor has access to. Currently the system has pre-assigned what reports the supervisor has access to but there are some that I feel she could benefit from seeing so if I , the store owner, had the ability to assign the reports it would make it better.

Overall: Overall it has been a great experience working with the Curbside team.
They a quick to respond to any issue that might arise and do so in a manner that doesn't make me feel like I am being intrusive to their daily workload.

Pros: Ease of use and navigating through features.
Role based functions mekes it easier to learn.
Outstanding and prompt customer support..
Continuously improving and updating software.

Cons: Would like to be able to spilt payment options like, for a customer that wants to pay half of the order in cash and half with card.
Would like to have a chip reader and tap option for cards.
Does not Accept Apple Pay.

Overall: Our family operates a wash and fold service in Central Texas, we decided to start our first business over two years ago and we truly believe that the help and support from the curbside team has been paramount for our success.

Pros: Curbside streamlines every aspect of the laundry pickup & delivery service. Dedicated team continually coming out with improvements.

Cons: Slightly outdated UI on the customer ordering side. New update on the business end gave it that polish it needed so this will be fixed once customer end gets the same update. We’ve found that any issues seem to be addressed by the great development team!

Overall: Amazing customer service and product! Curbside is the go to for this type of business need. Would recommend.

Pros: Curbside has the best software on the market. It's easy to use and easy to figure out. Matt was awesome in assisting me on how to set it all up. My friend Barb is the absolute best whenever I can't figure something out. I've been using Curbside for 3 years and never had a technical problem. CURBSIDE IS THE BEST. I love how we are constantly updating the software to make the process better. They listen to their customers.

Cons: I like everything about curbside. Their customer service is the best.

Product work with no issues.
Customer service is the best. Whenever I call to figure out something they have the answers right away. It never take 2 or 3 phones calls.

Pros: The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. Software support is great.

Cons: Use of Apple Pay, and card inserts are not available. The payment failed on pick up, and delivery has no solution. There should be an option to take a deposit for large orders. A pop-up should be on the attendant and driver screen when same-day order is added to the schedule.

Overall: Software make it easy to run and grow the business. Customers can easily place an order. The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. However, there are some improvements needed.

Pros: The team listens to my requests for enhancements to the system, and regularly builds the improvements into the tool. They are also very responsive to day to day requests for support, and a real pleasure to work with.

Cons: This is not a Con, but would love to have the ability to sent automated marketing texts and emails out of the system for sales and marketing purposes such as soliciting reviews, running promos etc.

Overall: Overall, I'm very happy with the product and the support that I receive. The entire curbside team is a real pleasure to work with.

Pros: I like how they continually update the software. it gets better and better. technical support has gotten better.

Cons: They have gone through a lot of growing pains, but are constantly improving.

Overall: We are happy with the laundry delivery software and pos. it works perfect for our stores and delivery service.

Pros: CBL continues to reiterate and improves their software, including input from their users. Their IT team is one call away whenever you need something and proactively calls their users to check in. The software is very user friendly. It makes running the business easier!
I did go to Long Beach to shadow their wash and fold laundry process. It was well worth the trip! It helped me layout my store to serve the workflow and future storage needs from the beginning, as well as presentation of the packages.

Cons: I cannot think of a con. Curbside is a company that listens and works to improve all the time.

Overall: Overall, I would say CBL is a no brainer choice to have the system in place to start and handle growth easily. The team is amazing to work with!

Pros: I like that it is built just for laundromats. It is easy to access from the computer in the store or my phone. I took over from owners that wrote everything down in a notebook so this is like going from the Wright Brothers' plane to the moon.

Cons: So far there isn't anything we are unhappy with.

Overall: If you are going to have a modern laundromat you need this service. All the information you need is at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this service.

Comes with everything you need POS system, scale, register etc. They will even build a website for your business.
We opened our laundromat 2 and half years ago and has been using this software since then.
We are very happy with curbside Laundry and recommend it to everybody.

Pros: I have used Curbside every day for the past two years and am very impressed. The team is incredibly dedicated to support, service, and improvement. They are constantly updating the software and adding new and helpful features.

Cons: The only drawback so far is that the system is not as customizable as it could be. Though every update improves on that.

Overall: Overall, I am grateful for Curbside. It allows me to manage wash and fold, pickup and delivery, and register sales for all three of my stores. It is definitely the tool I needed to scale.

Pros: When I decided to get in the laundromat business, the first thing I did was research as much information as I could about the industry. I started watching some videos or podcast on YouTube about laundromats. I found curbside laundries and Matt Simmons. And I quickly realized I was going to need a POS system, the website, business plan, and a methodology.

I looked at a lot of different software companies. I looked at lotta different website designers. I decided to go with Curbside Laundry. I called curbside Laundry and Matt answered the phone. I must’ve asked him 100 questions 100 different ways. I knew I had picked the right company.

Matt said come on out to Long Beach, California. You will learn in one day what took us years to learn and unlearn, bring some people with you, ride in the delivery van we will show you all our cards. There was no fee. It wasn’t an empty welcome. He was very enthusiastic. As much as I am well to say the least I took him up on the offer. I figured if I’m gonna spend this kind of money why not. I am sure glad I made that decision.

Linda Simmons is amazing. She’s the mom and she’s proud of her boys and her daughter. The first thing you notice is where the sons learned humbleness. Linda couldn’t wait to show us everything. Super Suds is definitely a team. The team was very nice as well and quickly started to guide us on every step of the way. And when I say everything, I mean everything from the hours of the store, how to treat every customer, how do use the software. how to charge, just every step of the way.
The knowledge was priceless! Linda and I talked about how to hire employees, what to expect for employees, how to reward employees, and how to measure employee performance. I think we talked about coffee and vending machine items as well as pricing vending machine items. We talked about ozone machines and how they work and how much the customers like them. It’s not make believe it’s right there in front of you. They practice what they preach.

Funny, my two employees that were with me asked where a great Mexican restaurant was, best, Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. L O L

The software, so simple I think a 10 year old could use it. The way the program works and it is a program. From the minute, the customer drops off the clothes every single step of the way is counted all the way to win the customer picks up their wash and fold. The pick up and delivery it’s the same way except for you add the delivery. The software actually maps out the entire delivery route for you. As a matter of fact, while we were on the route, someone called in for a special pick up and they wanted it back that same day. Ubens the driver, saw it add to the route we picked it up, and after all the deliveries went back to the laundry, and it was immediately put in production. That was impressive to me. Awesome!
Linda was able to show me daily’s! Well what I call sales by the hour, by the day, by the week, by the month, year etc. I can’t say enough in business if you don’t know your numbers you can’t be in business!!!

Well, I purchased a software and the website and all that goes with it. The customer service is amazing. I am all set up for credit cards and pretty much had someone hold my hand the whole way. My website is up and Barbara and Ken and Holly and Christian and so many other people have just been so wonderful. No one says no and everyone says how can I help. We open next week my first laundromat. I was looking for a website and a POS system. I found a wonderful family and a wonderful group of people that I’m truly grateful to be associated with. This is the longest review I have ever left for any company or any product ever! I own a CarWash, a home energy insulation business, and now a Laundromat. Clean Right Laundromat!
It’s not gonna be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. I’m definitely glad I partnered with curbside, and I highly recommend them!
