Compliance Manager by Healthicity

Pros: I am very impressed with this product. It is very helpful and store a lot of information. I would recommend this for sure.

Cons: The product is hard to navigate sometimes and difficult to determine where to click.

Overall: I am very happy with the product due to its ability to house lots of information. It is also geared to many functions.

Pros: Very helpful and easy to maneuver. A ton of useful information! It is neat and well put together. Everything is right on hand.

Cons: A lot of information. Would be easier if things could be grouped into labeled folders.

Overall: Pleased with the system. It is user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend to other companies.

Nice to have an easily accessible central location for all our documents.

Cons: Would be nice if we could create folders for the documents to go in. Such as if the documents are more for a certain job we could create that folder to house all of the documents.

Overall: I am satisfied for what I use Healthicity for as an employee. It is very easy to use and navigate.

Pros: Healthicity is very user friendly and easy to teach. The reporting is okay. I wish there were more filters to add or eliminate before the report is ran.

Cons: Define compliance and privacy more specifically. Incidents are combined but it is difficult to separate once reported.

Overall: The software is good and easy to navigate through. There are hiccups but the Staff gets back to me promptly.

Pros: Easy to navigate and has everything you need to track Incidents/Complaints and helps us to stay OIG compliant.

Cons: I wish there were more ways to fully customize some of the areas.

Overall: I would definitely recommend Healthicity to any program that needs to maintain and keep their compliance program up to date.

Pros: This is a great system for loading audits and assigning to coders. The reporting functionality is good but could use improvement.

Cons: Price points are a bit high. Also, there are limitations to what can be audited and it doesn't work well for multiple codes being audited for one encounter. Support is mostly tech only. Unfortunately no support with coding experience.

Overall: Positive. System performs most needs for our organization. Wish there was more customization options from the user end.

Pros: The simplicity of the program is what suits it the best.

Cons: Haven't had any issues since I started using it 2 years ago.

Overall: I personally check it daily but only really need to when the company sends us a notification.

Pros: Whoever developed this program has a deep compliance knowledge. I appreciate the details. They are always open to suggestion too.

Cons: Updates can take time although they do get it done.

Overall: We have been very happy with Compliance Manager. The reporting mechanism uses an excel format which is a universal program.

Pros: Compliance "chores" are not my favorite as a busy physician, but I understand the importance. This platform is easy to use and gives real time ongoing feedback about what activities are due and what my progress is in a current activity.

Cons: Honestly, the hardest part for me is remembering where to find the site to log in, but that is more likely due to our internal corporate set up, not the software.

Overall: Compliance Manager helps make my quarterly requirements more bearable and I can easily tell where I need to start each time I log on.

Pros: I love the lessons and assessments in between to assure I am attaining the information I am reading. How it doesn't let you skip without going through every part of the lesson.

Cons: For test we cant go back and change answers its like one and done. I love to review before I submit.

Overall: Learning is fun and it's nice to see the company provide this resource to us for many reasons. Makes me feel knowledgeable.

Pros: Using the Compliance Manager helps me out so much when I'm needing a form right away. Using the search button is my best friend.

Cons: Not a lot of what I am needing is in there, or worded correctly.

Overall: Overall it's been very helpful. When I'm in a hurry It is a quick way for me to get what I am needing.

Pros: My favorite are the videos and the ease of use. I like being able to read along with the videos and the flash cards.

Cons: Sometimes, when getting near the end and going to the quiz, I sometimes lose my way. It's probably me. I will think I've finished and find out I haven't.

Overall: Overall, I do well with them. I must admit I do seem to do better with videos along with the reading. Also the flash cards(or they seem like flash cards) help.

Pros: I like the training sessions and the different scenarios in the training. It helps me prepare for real life situations at work and it keeps me engaged in the training. I appreciate the testing at the end of each course and it allows me an opportunity to go back and re-learn if I missed something.

Cons: I have no complaints with this software. I never have any issues with doing my training. Everything is straight to the point with this.

Overall: Overall it's a great software . It's extremely computer friendly which is really nice. I been using it almost 3 years now and I love it!

Pros: I can't be any happier with the business software SourceForge provides. So many features and tools to help any business grow. Helps me be in control of day to day operations.

Cons: No cons that I can think of for this software. All Star Product.

Overall: I would recommend this software to anyone! Anyone that has any kind of operation for an kind of business deserves to use this software.
