Cons: Very disappointing experience – unprofessional service

I ordered virtual home staging images based on the quality displayed on their website. Unfortunately, the final delivery has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised in their portfolio.

The images look unnatural and unrealistic, with poor lighting, no real ambiance, and furniture that does not match at all the references I provided (which were taken directly from their own website). There is little to no decoration, no coherence, and the result is clearly not suitable for presentation to professional clients.

I expressed my disappointment politely and requested either a revision of the work or a refund.
👉 Both were categorically refused: no corrections, no refund.

For a paid service that claims to be professional, this is unacceptable. The lack of customer consideration after delivery is extremely disappointing.

Overall: I strongly do not recommend this service.

Pros: None. It is terrible. You can get better quality from chat GPT. Customer service was terrible as well.

Cons: The system could not do what they claimed. When trying to cancel, they made me do a video call and then the call "was disconnected". When I discovered it was not cancelled and refunded, I emailed the company and the response was: "so could not be refunded, thanks". They charged me twice

Overall: Terrible. False advertisement, very bad customer service. Overall a very awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pros: Marketing fooled me and many others. They are trying to meet the needs of several users and failing all of them due to lack of transparency.

Cons: They offered virtual staging for real estate professionals. The software removes kitchen cabinets and walls. It changes location and size of windows. These modified photos cannot be used in real estate sales.

Overall: No customer support or response No training, not even on YouTube. No response when requesting cancelation.

Pros: The few styles that I have access worked well.
The AI allows you to generate different options for each room.

Cons: They announced that I would have access to all styles and rooms, but limited my access to only 8 styles and 8 rooms. I exchanged emails and talked to them on the phone for almost one month and they were unable to resolve the issue.

Overall: Horrible experience with their support. Every time I talked to them they asked the same questions. After one month trying to resolve the problem, they agreed to cancel my subscription and give me a refund. One week later, I call them back because I did not see a refund. They reply that they would need screenshots proving that I could not access all the rooms and styles. That was the first thing I sent them weeks before, but I resent. I still have not seeing my refund, so I had to call my credit card company and start a dispute.
