Pros: The best feature about this software is its real time collaboration feature which let the teams collaborate & ideate together in real time.

Cons: There is a big con in Collaboard, There is a lack of sophisticated diagramming tools offered in some competitors.

Overall: Overall experience is good, Collaboard proves to be an easy & intuitive tool for teams to collaborate visually in real time which is ideal for basic brainstorming & ideation.

Pros: Easy to use with many tools to help me in my job. We can control the users and "see" their actions real-time! The software is constantly improved.

Cons: Perhaps you need some time to learn all features... there are many nice features.

Overall: Great and very useful software! You can organize your thoughts and plan goals with your team! Congratulations!

Pros: I like how great their templates are, how friendly the interface is, and their digital environment feels like "real paper," as if you were using a sheet of paper and manual pens.

Cons: I don't like that when opening the templates, a window opens that is only a portion of the screen size, I would like it to be larger.

I don't like that in the free plan I can only host three projects. I would like more projects to be hosted for free,

I don't like that the only language is English, I would like it to have the option of the Spanish language.

I don't like that they haven't given me the opportunity to know the "complete plan for 14 days"

Overall: Collaboard is a tool that contributes to organized, planned and critical thinking.

"I have a need, I don't have it framed, I don't have it defined" ... I open collaboard and his contributions help me give clarity to what I need; Many times I use the templates offered or make a combination of them to solve my needs.

It's like having a tutor, it helps you be better.

I'm 51 years old, I just discovered it and I'm eager to show it to my 11-year-old daughter.

Pros: I like that you can paste just about anything into your visual board. Other pros include:

- Ability for others to draw and add to the board.
- Ability to add files
- Ability to share diagrams

Cons: Once in a while it can lag as you add components. The quicker the better it would be. It would also be nice if there was a quick way to take a png of the entire board, or parts of it.

Overall: Collaboard is a must have tool, it really makes illustrating certain concepts and discussing specifics with a group so much easier.

Pros: How flexible it is to use for project-based learning for students.

Cons: -Can be somewhat glitchy to use at times and has a bit of a learning curve
-Pricing is good for corporations but completely unsustainable for educational use ($6 per student user is out of the question and has forced me to stop using collaborated for student projects entirely)

Overall: Great experience, up until my students hit the user limit of 10 (which if you have a class of 20) does not work.
