Pros: I'm a newbie at crypto and everything seemed to be working fine initially. It makes it difficult or impossible to withdraw and sends template replies here which only serves as a proof that not paying out customer funds is an accepted and standard practice here.

Cons: Just look at others' experiences and avoid. Customer Support is awful

Overall: Over 48 hours later still not access to my account. I’ve encountered nothing but rude customer service agents, supervisor just cut me off rather than dealing with issue, another one who actually asked me if a carer or helper need to help me to pay my bills and spoke to me as if I was mentally sub normal.

Pros: They are not reliable, you will only end up losing your money. They kept on asking me to invest more money.

Cons: I had a very terrible experience with them so i will not recommend them to anyone.

Overall: They will deceive you to make you believe that you are investing your money but in the actual sense there is no investment, they are only taking your money to enrich themselves.

Pros: Nothing this exchange is a honey pot for IS citizens. You can deposit your funds but not withdraw them. Stay away from them.

Cons: Won’t return funds without a KYC won’t approve KYC if you are American.
Security won’t response to emails.
Won’t return funds in a timely fashion.

Overall: I deposited my funds into the exchange thinking that I would use the great staking pools. They let you deposit as an USA citizen but they will not return your funds when you fail the KYC. No place on the TOS and website says that US citizen are unable to use the exchange. The knew I was in the US and still let me deposit the funds. When I went to withdraw my funds I needed to fill out the KYC. I did and they denied my KYC because I was a US citizen. I asked for my funds back and the had me send my KYC information to “security”. I have sent 8 emails to security without a single response. Customer service tells me something different each time too. There’s a problem (no explanation) there’s a list first come and so on. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my funds. Deposit if you have an EU passport not if you live in the US.
