Pros: Yes loading up your wallets is easy, and getting a hold of support is simple. But it's all downhill from there.

Cons: As risky as crypto itself. The calculations are a disaster, and you pay a load of money out to see your numbers through plans, then if it looks completely obviously wrong, they make you jump through hoops and steps for things that should already be figured out for the money you spent, and if you're still unsatisfied, OOPS, you remember this is crypto, and no one has a sense of integrity or fairness, so you are not allowed a refund, and they get to run away with your money. I recommend keeping track of your own trades, and reduce the risk of operating with such a gamble.

Overall: They take your money and keep it if you are unsatisfied. Do not recommend. Huge mistake. Resort to keeping track of your trades and numbers yourself. You'll thank yourself later.

Pros: They have by far the most crypto exchange/wallet integrations that I've found out of any crypto tax product.
They make integration extremely user-friendly and straight forward.
Their pricing is significantly better than any other crypto tax platform I've come across.

Cons: I had zero negative issues with my experience on this platform.

Overall: Going into crypto tax reporting, I was incredibly intimidated with how complex reporting my crypto transactions was going to be. I dreaded having to do this, but was blown away by how much easier it was than I expected.

Pros: I'm a newbie and needed a lot of help and Ruben was very patient and took the extra steps to making sure I was taken care of and this is going over weeks, not just a one stop and move on kind of thing.

Cons: So far, none that I'm aware of because they were able to help me with all of the uploads I needed to sort out.

Overall: I have tried other apps and while they may have their niche, they didn't have the support I got and to me that's worth any extra money I may have to pay out.

Pros: The main reason why I keep coming back to Coinpanda rather than any of the competitors is their API and CSV integrations with exchanges and blockchains. No other tax platform comes even close today. Until this changes I will remain a loyal Coinpanda user.

Cons: Their UI does lack some of the features of similar sites. Although the UI makes for a good user experience, this is the weakest point as of right now.

Overall: Overall very happy with using Coinpanda for my taxes. I wish the team best of luck with further development!

Pros: Lots and lots of blockchains and exchanges supported
Wonderful and timely support from the support team.

Cons: Processing time for the calculations can take a while (but i had 70,000 transactions)

Overall: Like any set of reviews, you are more likely to see posts from people who had problems than all the others who may have had a great experience. I have had excellent results using Coinpanda. BUT, it takes work on the user's part. I have over 70,000 transactions between 20+ wallets, 6 exchanges, 8 separate blockchains, etc. I have used DEX's, bridges, staking pools, liquidity pools, you name it. There is no software out that can magically connect all these things together. The software does a great job of pulling in all the data and linking all the transactions, labeling, tagging, organizing and linking in the most logical way. BUT, the there are areas where the user is going to have to go in and make adjustments. When i first started it said i had made millions and millions of dollars (not true). The software does a good job of tagging where things don't match up and once you go in and see where there are issues, you make some manual adjustments and then the calculations get better and better until my numbers finally came out correct.
All this new DEFI and smart contract stuff is intricate and elaborate. Expecting to just push a button and have all your crypto magically calculated perfectly is unreasonable. Crypto tax software will get you 90% of the way there but the last 10% needs to be done by the user to fill in the missing links and gaps. I ended up finding out that some of my exchanges were completely reporting some of my trades wrong (not the Coinpanda software).
So for me, the Coinpanda software has been great and the support team has worked with me amazingly over the last few months. Has it taken me a lot of my own time to get my numbers to come out right? yes, i have spent many days having to make adjustments. But that is not explicitly Coinpanda's fault. Some of the defi sites i used were really degen. Some don't even exist any more. Some of the tokens i bought were weird "auto growing" or "auto decaying" coins that don't actually have associated transactions on the blockchain that are even trackable. etc. etc.

In summary, i have tried lots of different tax software tools. this one has worked the best for me. The support team has been super cool and helpful. They always get back to me fast. And we have worked together to even add in new features and capabilities just for the weird stuff that i had messed around with in defi. And remember, I have 70,000+ transactions. My stuff is probably more complicated to calculate than 99% of users out there.

If you are looking for a single crypto tax tool that you are just going to push a button and get a perfect calculated number, well then you will be looking forever. If you are willing to put in the needed time to get your numbers flushed out then from my experience, this tool has worked great for me. When i first started trying to do my taxes on these 70k transactions i thought it was hopeless. But my numbers are all good now. And I have already signed up for this tax year and previous tax years. (btw, i recommend using Coinpanda throughout the year, and making sure your weekly and monthly transactions get adjustments if needed. it will save you time at the end of the year.)

Overall: I paid AUD 800 (due to 100,000+ transactions) for a tax report that was wildly inaccurate. Like AUD400k off.

Spent a month going back and forth with tech support using both API and CSV data import options. Finally when I realised they were never going to be able to produce an accurate report, I asked for a refund only to be told that they only issue refunds in the first 7 days after purchase.

Do not trust this Coinpanda with you tax report. They are immoral rip-off merchants.

Pros: The software looks like it would be easy to use but once the calculations come in, the numbers are way off.

Cons: I asked for a refund per their policy and I am still waiting it. I also accidentally bought the 2022 plan (which is the first listed plan) but they are refusing to return my money. Why would you have an option to do your 2022 taxes when people are still finishing up their 2021 taxes? This site is a scam.

Overall: Awful, when I tried working with them to fix the results of my 2021 taxes. They told me that they didn’t know what the issue was and now they are refusing to issue me a refund.

Pros: I was originally sucked in by the nice user interface and easy of use.
The interface is nice but our 3 month experience has been nothing but a NEGATIVE exhausting experience.

Cons: Not all Tax Reports work - yet this is critical aspect of the product.

Was promised a refund after months of online exchanges....never received. Buyer be ware.

Overall: So we've had nothing but a NEGATIVE experience with Coinpanda.io . The online support guys Jesse and Ruben come across as wanting to help but deliver on nothing. We raised an issue about key Tax Reports not working correctly back in Jan 2022. Still no fix or when it might get fixed (2 months and counting). They promised to escalate....nothing. I asked for a full refund and they promised to process (this too is lost somewhere in their system) - NOTHING HAS EVENTUATED. They take your money and the very nice GUI front end works well but the TAX reports are questionable when they don't work. If you've had similar experience please share it online - to help sort out the scammers from the real crypto advocates.

Pros: They have a flashy website and it looks like a legit product on the surface but there’s nothing positive beyond that.

Cons: The only thing worse than the product is the support and customer service, these guys are useless.

Overall: Save your money and use one of the many other crypto tax software providers that are out there. You’ll immediately notice how much better the other options are.

Pros: Not really anything.

Cons: Wanted to use it as a service to aggregate transactions into a single report for tax purposes. However, their backend does not integrate transaction history correctly, even for transaction history drawn from centralized exchanges. When reaching out to customer support, they are just rude and try to bounce the problem back to the customer ("your file does not contain all transactions do you understand this?") - whereas in reality, they fail to process the file correctly.

Also, the overall balance reported in their dashboard does not add up to individual account balances at all.

Overall: Looks like a convenient solution to aggregate crypto transactions, but turns out to be useless due to buggy backend implementation and effectively non-existent customer support.

Pros: --Support is helpful before you purchase the plan and seal the deal. So I had a good user experience before paying. I will give them credit that and I am fair so I will write it down.

Cons: --Support are very unprofessional
--System too slow
--Database incorrect, cannot detect scam coin and mixed up different cryptocurrency
--Which lead to tons of manual fix needed, and system just too slow and buggy
--No refund even evidence provided, nor response

Overall: If one is simply using Coinbase or Binance, and all their transaction are done in those exchanges; coinpanda would be fast and easy to use. (well but in this case who still need to use coinpanda as those exchanges provided clear report already....)

But if someone actually used metamask and have some transactions, and I am not talking about over 10,000 transactions; just a regular a few hundred transactions can easily make the system lag and the website will not respond. Also it have very limited supported tokens and have to manually input most of the data in by the users. That makes the whole situation much worse as their system calculation can easily take over 10~15 mins for even one slight changes, and we are taking about hundreds of manual changes needed.

Then I reflect to the customer support, which is like near none. And I got frustrated and requested refund, just told me they will look into it and kept pressing me to try fixing the issue. It CANT be fixed if your system is that slow, and I am the last one that wants it fail cause I paid a few hundreds for it to purchase the most expensive plan....

TL;DR : Coinpanda simply too slow and one manual update can take over 15 mins for the system to get back to work. Customer support close to none and impossible to get a refund. Don't want anyone else to lost their money in this software therefore type it here. Can reply me for more detail and I can prove it. thanks!

Pros: Has lots of crypto options and wallets. Sync with Binance is good only. Clean look. Like dashboard.

Cons: Cannot easily import transactions from different wallets. Need to manually add transaction. Too many errors. Some of my transactions got deleted by system and now i cannot calculate accurate taxes. Nightmare situation.

Overall: Bad. Very frustrating when the crypto amounts are not accurate and you have to many transactions to sort.

Pros: The ui/ux is good on the product. The color schemes make it more fun than taxes might normally seem. That’s all though.

Cons: Coinpanda markets that it supports margin and futures trading. However,

1. When I tried to upload these transactions the application broke/froze every time
2. When I reached out to support they could not resolve the issue
3. When I asked for a refund (within the terms of their refund policy outlined on their website) they did not reply. I followed up twice before getting a reply 1.5 months later. They refused to give one!

Poor product + poor support = a terrible customer experience. Not refunding your money is scary.

Overall: Very poor. The Coinpanda team took so long to respond, couldn’t address issues in its product and won’t return customers’ money who were not satisfied with the product.

Pros: I have really enjoyed using Coinpanda because of all the integrations. It was very easy to import all transactions from every exchange and blockchain I have used. The customer support has also been THE BEST. They have helped me with every single question I had.

Cons: I guess the negative is that it's not free to download the tax statements if you have many transactions. But I guess that's to be expected for a product like this.

Overall: Overall the experience has been nothing but positive. Easy to set up and connect all wallets and exchanges, the reports were very detailed and exactly what I needed. I tried some alternatives but Coinpanda was so much better than the others. I will stay as a customer for many years!!
