    Pros: Honestly no pros to mention. If you're gonna spend money on this kind of service, you're better off paying a temp hourly to update Google Sheet tracker. Waste of money with CoinTracker!

    Cons: Their ticket SLA time is horrendous. The cost basis was incorrect for all of my purchases. A few times it even had the direction of the purchase in the wrong sign too FFS.

    Overall: Literally don't even bother. Especially if you're in a crunch time and do your taxes last minute. Cleaning up the mess left over by CoinTracker on all my activities has put me in a worse off spot and have to do it all manually all over again.

    Pros: None. No pro's to using their service. If you would like a company to take your money and not provide you a service then CoinTracker is for you.

    Cons: Took my money and didn't provide me with service.

    Overall: USER BEWARE!!!!! My ticket was escalated JUNE 13th and I did not receive a response until AUGUST 5th. THAT IS 53 DAYS!!! I sent multiple emails over the course of the 53 days and was ignored.

    "Wrong tokens"

    Pros: The idea of the app is great but A single error makes this app completely worthless for tax purposes.

    Cons: Tokens in my account are wrong due to duplicate tickers with no way to correct it.

    Prices inaccurate due to probable decimal error.

    SGB is Songbird the flare network token not Subgame.

    Aquagoat price inaccurate price should be .000000000002 with a value of $9.99 not the $7112 value you are showing. You need to account for 10 decimal places or not import tokens that require such.

    These errors have inflated the value of my account by over a quarter million dollars! You provide no way for users to correct problems.

    I've made 3 attempts to contact support to resolve this issue! All previous reports have gone unanswered and unresolved.

    Overall: I want to buy a subscription so badly but how can I use you to file tax reports if you can't value my account within 250,000 dollars? A single error makes this app completely worthless for tax purposes.
