Codequiry

Pros: Codequiry did it's job and consistently checks our student's code for plagiarism. We've been using for a year without any issues. The customer support is not great but we just use the tool itself and it works for us. Its an amazing one and honestly the only product we found that can check code for plagiarism on the web. We used to use moss but it couldn't check online!

Cons: There is no customer support however everything is automated

Overall: 8/10 - Tool is good, sometimes its slow when there is a lot of files, and sometimes it doesn't find matches on clearly plagiarised code but 90% of the time its working perfect and we are seeing constant catches of plagiarism from our students using Codequiry

Pros: It ran the reports I needed but that's about it. Don't have anything else to mark off as positive.

Cons: Customer service is horrific. Seems to have one person that will only respond on Saturday. The portal says there's a free trial but there's no option in the site to cancel before or after the trial ends. The invoices page in my account always says there's no invoices available even though I've been charged 4 times. Getting support to send me a receipt has been a nightmare and will not verify that my account or subscription is canceled. No option to cancel or delete myself.

Overall: The customer service aspect of this service and the associated problems obtaining any kind of invoicing turned this from a useful tool to a nightmare. Zero out of ten.
