CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Pros: As a CIO, finding a product that just works is always desired. Using CodeTwo for our email signatures was perhaps one of the best technology purchases we have made in many years. It was easy to set up, make changes, and overall a very light IT lift to create a professional.

Cons: None that I know of... all was as expected. Our team had little trouble getting up to speed on the platform.

Overall: Overall, our experience with CodeTwo has been extremely good. After setting up our tenant, the steps to creating the desired results were easy to achieve. We all were very impressed with the ease of use and quality of such an elegant solution.

Pros: The tool is easy to implement, configure and change. You can set up a variety of rules and templates which makes it very versatile.
If you reach out to the support team you can be sure to always speak to a professional which makes troubleshooting so much easier.

Cons: Using Server-Side Mode wont show your signature while typing mails. This sometimes confuses users.

Overall: CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is THE tool if you're looking for an easy to use solution for managing your company's signatures. It provides a great benefit in setting up a corporate design.

Cons: - a little pricey
- that's all for now, most of the features needed are there

Overall: Overall the product is great to have so employees do not worry to create their own signature.

Not so hard to deploy, even a normal user can learn it fast.

Pros: Centrally managing your mail signatures in just a few clicks and with many features. You can easily add and schedule promotional banners to your signatures and apply it to all mailboxes. Different mail signatures can be designed and applied to a selected group of users.

Cons: This tool just works as designed. It is really WYSIWYG!

Overall: Our customers are very happy with this solution. it allows them to enforce their house style to all mail signatures and make instant changes from 1 central portal.

Pros: Many options to customize signatures and disclaimers. Pulls user information directly from Active Directory.

Cons: They don't have phone support. Though email support is fast, courteous and gets to the resolution quickly.

Overall: Great product, great support with many customizable options. Saves users time when emailing because they don't have to add their contact info in the signature and allows us to brand our emails.

Pros: Works as intended we have not had any issues rolling it out and any queries we've had support has been brilliant answering.

Cons: No cons just does what is advertised and have had no issues during the roll out.

Overall: Brilliant product, brilliant support, easy to roll out and the outlook addon allows you to see your signature before attached which is a big plus.

Pros: It's a set and forget solution. Once all is setup theres no need for admin tasks anymore. I really like the easy signature designer as well. Will be appreciated by those in our company that will update them down the path since they are not very good at computer systems.

Cons: No support yet for Outlook on macOS. Had to manually setup exchange connectors, for some reason the automatic setup didn't work in our tenant.

Overall: Very happy with the product so far once all is setup and configured. Doesn't seem to be a product you have to take care of constantly.

Pros: Very easy to use and a lot of features to customize the design that permits a very quick way to implement a new banner or advise in every mail.

Cons: Too many attachments when inserting images for the rrss etc.

Overall: Very satisfied with the product and a very good tool to marketing campaigns. A quick setup that permits an standardization of all the signatures in the company.

Pros: The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to provide many tools like the graph tool to help identify where the issue was. Lots of great reference materials and links were provided making it easier to troubleshoot.

Cons: Not much really if I had to pick anything it was the time difference that my tech was on from the eastern standard time zone I am in.

Overall: The tech was relentless on finding a solution for me and never gave up on the recommended steps to find and fix the issue. Great support.

Pros: Seamless signatures regardless of the device, no more worrying about people noticing you sent an email from your Android!

Cons: No signature preview immediately out of the box, confuses people.

Overall: I've been using it for over a year and am now including it as part of our service offerings for clients, it's that good!

Pros: We are give trial to test out the features we need. Prompt response from the support if there is any issue.
Lots of signature templates to choose from, combo rules etc and we can easily manage the users who we want to license or not. Quickly copy rules and test them out.

Cons: We liked the signature software and customers are happy as well.

Overall: It is a very nice cloud signature tool. Users don't have to manage a signature and it doesn't matter which device sends it as the email goes out from the sender and picks the signature assigned to the user as per membership.
Good Support provided.

Pros: Ease of Use, easy to push out signature to users.

Cons: We haven't had any issues with the product. It's very easy to use.

Overall: Easy to customize the signature as needed. Great Support.

Pros: Super easy to setup and get started with. The interface is intuitive and has tons of options. I have been very impressed with the new autoresponder feature also.

Cons: We have been using CodeTwo for more than 6 months and to be honest I haven’t come across any cons as of yet.

Overall: CodeTwo email signatures for O365 has been a massive blessing for our Marketing and IT department. Being able to centrally manage and keep signatures consistent has helped our brand (and my OCD).

Pros: CodeTwo email signatures for Office 365 is very easy to set up, they have detailed documentation.
If you run into problems, their support is very quick and helpful.

Cons: Can't think of any cons immediately, it could always be cheaper I guess ;)

Overall: My overall experience with CodeTwo signatures has been very positive. Their support is top. My last ticket was solved in merely 2 hours.

Pros: Easy to use and configure. Has many templates admins and users could select from. Easy to integrate with Microsoft Office 365.

Cons: Dynamic signature preview is not yet available. Will be good to have in future releases.

Overall: I recommend to use it as it's features rich and easy to configure and use. Support services are good.

Pros: It is cloud based. Easy in the managing different signatures for different companies. Licensing is easy to manage with Office365 groups.

Cons: Have not found them yet. For us this software had more features than the previous one.

Overall: Fast and reliable. Cloud based managing and support also replies fast to your issue if you have them at all.

Pros: Easy Design, easy configuration, design our own signature. Easy to use on admin portal, quick support.

Cons: Sometimes our email signature pictures are sent to receiver as an attachment of social media picture.

Overall: Good and easy to use.

Pros: C2 makes everything a lot easier to manage.
I'm the account owner, but the whole marketing and IT teams have access to create, edit, distribute templates out to our employees.

Cons: Originally I wasn't a big fan of how templates are distributed, but once you get used to it, things are actually quite simple.

Overall: I used to use a server-based program which bolted into my AD. They had no KB, no support, no billing flexibility. Now we're with C2 and literally everything works a lot better, without using so much of my time.

Pros: The Process and management is very user-friendly. It's easy to implement with office 365 solution. The support team is valuable.

Cons: At the moment, we cannot complain about Code Two Email Signatures. There is nothing I dislike about the product.

Overall: Design interface is easy to use and good email features for organization branding. Always great support.

Cons: There is nothing to mention about. I haven't found any.

Overall: It is straightforward to integrate with Azure AD and configure. Preparation of signature templates is also effortless as there are pre-defined templates you can use to adjust to the company needs.

Last but not least, it does not require any additional management software. Management is done via the web application.
