Clockify

Pros: The design is my favorite.
The color styles and the side menu make it very easy to navigate everything.

Cons: Mobile app is a bit off compared to the website, so that's an improvement point.

Overall: I love it, I can help my team manage their time and it's everything I need, I don't look for more than that.

Pros: Reports are not too complex and cover 100% of the ways we are tracking data. More so, quite frequently all the new ways we want to look into the data are covered already which is nice.

Chrome extension is very useful. Links well with ClickUp which is our project management tool.

Cons: Nothing really, one of the best tools we use at the moment.

Overall: Clockify is one of the best tools in our stack in the sense of user experience. Covers our use cases in intuitive ways which is rare nowadays. Also, it shaped how we work in a better way.

Cons: - Too many tools
- Some features cannot bee easily learned
- Too simple
- Less interaction

Overall: The design is very human, Clockify simply helps small to large scale companies track their employees work time to make greater analysis.

Pros: What I like about this tool is that as an Admin, I can check on my reps' detailed punches on a daily basis. I can keep track of what they are doing and cross-reference this to the output they have by end of the day. I usually use this to see who of my team members are already over break and the current project/task they are doing.

Cons: What I don't like about this is once you have made a colleague as an admin, you are no longer able to change the role unless you are the owner. Also, time stamps can be edited by the members.

Overall: Overall, Clockify is a great tool especially if you are running a project and all your colleagues are working remotely.

Pros: I love that I am able to track time by timer or manually for each project I'm working on. It helps me to send time reports to the agency I work for with ease through summarised or detailed reports.

Cons: The only problem I have ever had with Clockify is when my Internet went out while tracking time and the timer proceeded to run until our Internet was restored two days later (ice storm problems). It was a very easy issue to fix, I just had to edit the time on my report, but I wish there was a way to adjust the settings on the timer so that it stops when computer activity ceases.

Overall: Overall, Clockify is the best time tracking tool I have used in the 4 years I have worked remotely.

Pros: Interface is simple.
Web-based so no need additional app to download.
Easy report generation for me and my whole team.

Cons: Since we are using the web-based version it would need an internet connection.

Overall: Overall this is useful for teams that are looking for a simpler team time tracking solutions. Less bells and whistles just focused on the time tracking part.

Pros: For those of you who like to run against the clock, who like to feel the pressure of the clock ticking...This is definitely a way to boost productivity. I can track how many hours I am actually productive with Clockify. Highly recommended for procrastinators out there.

Cons: So far I have been able to use the free version. Maybe if I come to a point where I have to pay something then I come back and complain.

Overall: For those of you who like to run against the clock, who like to feel the pressure of the clock ticking...This is definitely a way to boost productivity. I can track how many hours I am actually productive with Clockify. Highly recommended for procrastinators out there.

Manual start stop function.
Reminders that time is still running.

Cons: Paid Features (note I'm using the free version).
Decimal reporting requires Paid.
No awareness if you are not at your computer for intelligent prompting when you return to your computer.

Overall: I can't install an app on a corporate laptop so this is a great service for me to be able to EASILY capture the time in spend on different projects and then enable to record them in the company charging system. LOVE IT.

Pros: Runs smooth, able to add many labels, and personal reports each timing.

Pros: I like the simplicity of the app. It's very easy to use and very user friendly, unlike many other apps that are an eye sore this one is very easy to use!

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't refresh and therefore tracks an entry on a different day, but easy to change/edit.

Overall: Overall - I have been using this app for over a year now and so far I love it. It has remained the same in terms of the simplicity and I would recommend this to any other person or business to use in their daily duties.

Pros: Easy to keep up with how much time is spent working and how practical the project management actually is.

Cons: It would be good to understand what is being monitored, regarding activity, pages open, etc.

Overall: It has been a good experience and the simple interface makes it straight forward to understand what is happening.

Pros: 1. Labels are great because they are a fantastic form of staying on task
2. It is easy to edit in case you forget to input, can always go into it (No more annoying someone else to "please fix it for you")
3. It is neatly organized and visually appealing

Cons: This has potential to reach the next level by integrating a payroll system alongside with on boarding documenting signing, tax records, and making it easy for the employer and employee to be in the same confirmation over pay status.

Overall: It is a fast, easy and a cool tool, no more going to google to do the math with those online timestamp calculators, wasting personal time figuring it out.

Pros: I like how easy the times is and how easy the reports are to pull and read. The timer is precise and is a great tool for me because I never remember how long I take on a task.

Cons: Sometimes adding the tag is tedious but I understand why it's necessary.

Overall: Overall, this is seamless and easy to use. I like how you can pull reports monthly or weekly or even specific dates. It makes is easy when calculating remaining hours. No complaints here!

Pros: Easy to use, I love the functionality that I can copy the activities and time allocation from the previous week over to the new week, this saves so much time. This is for me the best feature.

Cons: None that I can think of. This really is the best tool, I've used for time management and tracking.

Overall: Truly, I've o no other words, this is the best tool, I've ever used on a daily bases to track my activities on different projects, it' s so easy to use.

Pros: If you require a platform that offers complex features for your situation, or just need basic, more simplified features, Clockify is very user-friendly in both situations. Everything about the platform and layout makes sense. Navigation is not at all a struggle, even for brand new users. If you do need help, the customer service support is stellar, with their response time and even their follow-up after.

Cons: Would like to have an option/setting where overtime could be incorporated into time entries and automatically calculate time & 1/2 wages for employees clocking in over 40 hours in one week.

Overall: Have looked at many other services, and Clockify by far has the most options for all different levels of need. Price is extremely competitive too!

Pros: Being able to track time in the moment and manually adjust if I make a mistake or need to backtrack.
Easy export of reports.
Very quick to learn.

Cons: As I have just started adding multiple clients, I find myself wishing that I could quickly view the "Week Total" by client. Since I work towards a weekly hour goal, I am now having to go to a different page to filter out entries to check my progress during the week. I would love to see an option to view the "Week Total" together and then separate by client.

Overall: As an independent contractor with multiple clients, Clockify has absolutely been a game changer for my business! Clockify helps me to quickly gain trust with my clients because I can give them second-by-second reports of the time I am charging them for. I am able to easily track time between multiple clients and export individual reports for each of them. Clockify has made my life so much easier and taught me how to manage my time better!

Overall: Absolutely love using Clockify, it saves my company and myself many hours during the week in manual entry about work I've already done. Having the stress of timesheeting off my back opens me up to do the things I'm actually passionate about in the workplace! The small shortfalls are outweighed by the conveniences. Highly recommended.

Pros: Easy to use and accurate real time tracking. Also allows access to other features. Also has long duration.

Cons: Does not take screenshots. This might give access to manipulation of productivity.

Overall: Clockify is very good for timing accurately and also good for team. And easy to correct errors regarding subject, projects, and timing.

Pros: The interface and user experience are great. The administrator role is well thought out. It's better than other similar apps.

Cons: The Kpi and graphics analytics can be better. To improve the use.

Cons: No real cons. The interface is minimalist which may not please everyone but works for me.

Overall: Overall, Clockify allows for quick time entry with a minimum of fuss. There is no feeling of spending time waiting for the app to update or search, and time codes are easy to find. It's a tool which largely gets out of my way, which I appreciate.
