Pros: The function we appreciate the most is the ability to record meetings and webinars. This makes it possible for us to use content from the webinar in the future. Moreover, ClickMeeting is a user-friendly tool, it is very intuitive, you do not need special training to use it.

Cons: We would appreciate the option that let you to choose the quality in which webinars can be recorded.

Overall: We have been using ClickMeeting for the second year now and find the tool a great fit for our needs, especially when it comes to organising webinars. As an NGO that deals comprehensively with the topic of disappearances, we often organise webinars. One example is webinars aimed at educators and teachers, among others, which address the topic of teenage runaways (runaways are the most common cause of disappearances in this age group).

We also use ClickMeeting when we organise meetings of our teams that operate helplines (our Foundation is the operator of several lines). We collaborate with psychologists and therapists who live in different locations in Poland and work remotely.

Pros: ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences. It is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia.

Cons: In our opinion, an option for improvement, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

Overall: Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.

Pros: We have worked with ClickMeeting for 4 years, and we have truly appreciated the automation and security of their platform. The Customer Service is Excellent, and our speakers also appreciate the ease of use. Setup of our classes is not complicated.

Cons: They are located in Europe, limited immediate customer service very infrequently was never an issue. I would recommend a reporting mechanism so that an educator/administrator can run a report to inquire all classes a learner has registered for.

Overall: We highly recommend ClickMeeting as the platform of choice for any educational program. It's ease of use for speakers and learners is par none.

Pros: I liked that you can run several meetings at the same time. I our organization it is important to us because most of the time we can only have meetings after 8 pm. It is also important that we can meet a large group without time limits. ClickMeeting is intuitive, is stable. You can have a chat conversation during the meeting. All this make us like to use ClickMeeting.

Cons: While I share screen I can't see participants. However, we are very happy with using ClickMeeting. Thank to this, we can develop our competences on- line.

Overall: Very efficient, intuitive application, easy to use and friendly. Adapted to high expectations through the possibility of creating rooms and work on the table.

Pros: I absolutely love the entire ClickMeeting platform and it has been instrumental in the success of my company! The webinar portal is simple to use for both the presenters and the attendees. I have found it to be the best and most user friendly of all of the webinar platforms out there.

Cons: Unable to get statistics of actual login and logoff dates and times for each attendee for OnDemand programs.

Pros: The things I liked about ClickMeeting were:

1- This platform has great access for various participants, the platform allows you to include up to more than 500 participants within each webinar that you carry out within it, I am very important since it allows you to have a fairly large audience in each of the meetings within from ClickMeeting.

2- Another important function allows you to receive payments within it, this is very important because if you have which you need to sell or you need to sell some type of product that you are presenting in that meeting or webinar, you can sell that product within ClickMeeting so that the participants in that meeting will buy the item immediately.

3- The video quality and audio transmission are totally stable and work in real time, therefore, it does not have any type of delay and the video transmission and audio transmission are totally consistent. Another important aspect is that this platform has a fully modifiable video quality, within the settings of each meeting you can configure the video quality you want for the participants of that meeting, in addition, you can also configure the number of total participants as a limit.

4- This platform has a fairly extensive compatibility for mobile devices as well as for computers, which can easily access each of the meetings.

5- The meeting page is fully modifiable by the administrator of said meeting, you can modify the waiting page for your participants, you can modify the general design of that waiting page and you can also modify the general design of your webinars, this helps a lot since you can use a custom design for your meetings.

Cons: The main negative aspects of this platform are:

1- Another negative aspect of this platform is the prices it has, this platform is much more expensive than other platforms that are better known in the meetings market. The basic plans and the premium plans within this platform are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend it for those companies that are just starting out in the labor sector, since it will affect their ROI.

2- The second negative aspect of this platform is related to the customization of the general design of each meeting, the platform does allow you to modify this design, however, it is quite complex to use the customization functions, since some sections of the meeting you have to edit them using the drag and drop editor, but there are some sections of this meeting that have to be modified through the backend, or codebase, I was quite negative since new users have complications to modify the design of their webinar page.

Overall: ClickMeeting has worked perfectly for our entire company, the platform is being used by the sectors of marketing, sales, finance, projects and the corporate sector of our company, I must clarify that this platform presented positive within each of the areas of Our company, to the degree that we can, we've been able to create various meetings for our employees but at the same time we've been able to design meetings for our clients and thus get a much larger audience. I consider that the behavior of this platform has been very satisfactory and has complied with all of them, making the meetings much more stable than the ones we held previously, in addition, we have managed to have an interaction and connection with the clients, talking with them through the transmission of the meeting or through Live Chat. ClickMeeting is a very complete platform and I recommend that for those people who use the services that they have complete customization of each meeting.

Pros: I enjoyed how easy it was to utilise ClickMeeting. Setting up and managing a meeting was really simple and natural. The user interface was very pleasant and straightforward. Furthermore, ClickMeeting provided a host of capabilities, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that contributed to a more productive and effective meeting.

Cons: The automated thank you email should be able to be altered. We no longer have access to that feature, so we now send our own customised follow-up message to participants.

Overall: Overall, we can meet our needs using ClickMeeting. We sometimes have to adjust our expectations, and some options are hidden beneath the dashboard. However, because of the prompt assistance by support team, we were always able to get things resolved very much to our satisfaction.

Pros: ClickMeeting has really been a great tool in my organization, it's a tool that it's dimensional because it can be used for multi purpose uses. Like it's a great tool because when it comes to collaboration with colleagues it's number one, when it comes to marketing it the best, and when it comes to maintaining a good relationship with our clients through constant communication this tool is there.
I love the huge virtual events whereby its easy to scale and stream our content to many attendees with the use of webcast technology. This is the place where we share ideas and turn them into great projects.

Cons: It's quite challenging when user want to send an invitation to a presenter which takes time and lots of clicks.

Overall: Positive experience so far is what I am experiencing. I really like how our organisation has been so focused and successful over the last 2 years in use with ClickMeeting.
