    Pros: Nothing. There was no part of this company that was professional or simple. It was slow communication and slow progress from the beginning.

    Cons: Unprofessional

    Will not give refund even though they did basically nothing

    Not based in America so communication is difficult

    Overall: They had me sign a few documents to start the process in which time I changed my mind about using them to close my business. I asked for a refund to which i have not received with daily back and forth emails for almost a week. They are not based in America it seems either. All email communication on their part was sent around 1 am central time. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional.
