Pros: We liked that it was fairly easy to use, after some troubleshooting. It took us a week or so to be able to use the service correctly. It was great for hosting a virtual auction which was really important for maintaining safety during COVID-19 and for including people who couldn't make it to our live auction.

Cons: The platform looks a little antiquated, it could be refreshed.

Overall: The non-profit I worked for used this platform to conduct an online auction for our annual fundraiser. We had hundreds of items of African art that was donated to us for this auction. It was a great platform for presenting these items to our community. We liked using ClickBid because people who weren't at the actual event were able to participate, and we had it open for a few weeks.

Pros: ClickBid made our annual fundraiser very easy to do, especially because we were having a live and virtual auction. After the event was the most useful way to use this software. There were multiple ways to see who bought what and it gave us a receipt for each customer which made items easy to track. It integrates with different software, such as travel pledge, which saves a lot of time.

Cons: It is pretty expensive for the term it can be used, but if it is being utilized for a large scale event this is needed.

Overall: If the organization has multiple large events a year this software is great, and if there is only one you can get it for a smaller price for a shorter time. The help center was very useful and guided my team through a couple different features.
