    Pros: It does what it is supposed to do. Kind of. The manual aspect is frustrating when you provide the website. It does not help at all. You can’t get support or leave feedback.

    Cons: The owner charged multiple cards of mine through my Google wallet via my email address for one account. I reached out to support and they never responded. However, they always emailed me about discounts when I didn’t need to have a subscription.

    Overall: It’s a scam site. Do not use and find other ways to get citations. The owner once he has your account information starts charging you without consent. I cancelled my subscription and somehow he turned it back on.

    Pros: - Easy to use
    - Intuitive UI
    - Over 9000 different referencing styles
    - Private (they don't share my data with anyone)

    Cons: - Paid service (3-day free trial)
    - It doesn't let me store PDFs
    - Some books weren't found and I need to add them manually

    Overall: I highly recommend Citationsy for anyone who wants a simple tool they can trust. It's easy to use and it gets the job done rather well. If you're a hardcore academic, then I would recommend something like Zotero instead.
