Overall: Although the video quality is high. the output does not follow input text. The segments are too short at 5sec so its not really usable to produce commercial output. Its incomplete software that is either a scam or close to it. Do not download.

Since then, I’ve been unable to cancel my subscription and I’ve reached out to their customer support for help, but I’ve received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating not to have a functioning cancellation process, and their lack of communication is alarming.

This makes me feel trapped in a service I no longer want to use, and I’m not sure what else I can do to resolve the situation. For anyone considering using CinemaFlow.ai, I would strongly advise caution. Their platform appears buggy, and their customer support is practically non-existent.

Pros: I have never seen worse AI in my life. It has no pros at all. I’m sorry it is just horrible. The software is glitchy and can barely come up with viable ideas that you give it.

Cons: Everything from their customer service to the product. They have refused to cancel my account and will continue to charge me on month 2 of this game with them. It was garbage to begin with but add the horrible experience on top of it. I hope this company goes belly up.

Overall: Horrible. They are the worst ai program I have ever seen, I use ai for all kinds of things and I have never seen a company who has such horrible products. The customer service is garbage and incompetence.
