Iridium is just fast in every way. It starts very fast, loads and also renders very complex web sites really fast. Chromium (which Iridium is based on) is a very secure browser, yes. But it does call home to Google and we did even more to enhance security to the maximum extent possible. Just anybody can use Iridium right away. It is simple and easy to handle, it does not require any special knowledge at all. Iridium Browser is based on the Chromium code base. All modifications enhance the privacy of the user and make sure that the latest and best secure technologies are used. Automatic transmission of partial queries, keywords and metrics to central services is prevented and only occurs with the approval of the user. In addition, all our builds are reproducible and modifications are auditable, setting the project ahead of other secure browser providers. With Iridium, the whole process is entirely transparent. The public Git repository allows a direct view on all changes made.

Tungsten is a simple web browser with unique features. The appearance of Tungsten is very simple, however, it has the necessary features like a web browser. The start menu, which has the web browser's main features, is placed in an upper-left corner. The quick-start button is placed next to the Start menu for easy access. If you drag a tab and drop to the center of another tab, Tungsten creates a group. Tungsten can also create multi-level groups. Tungsten can split tabs vertically or horizontally. So the unit of the split is group, Tungsten can split tabs or groups in a group. For example, you can browse in the left pane and can watch the video sites in the right pane. Tungsten has a local folder browsing feature. This feature can show downloaded files, local files, desktop, control panel, etc. like Explorer. You need not to switch applications to open the downloaded files.

    Pros: - It is suitable for both personal and professional use.
    - The user interface of the web browser is as good as other browsers but, with low memory consumption.
    - Along with windows, it is available on all Linux distribution

    Cons: - The API syncing and stability is not up to the mark in Chromium.

    Pros: -The best thing about chromium is that it is compatible with almost all platforms.
    -You can open and work on multiple tabs, and still, it doesn't lag or stutters.
    -It has an interactive User Interface that is relatively easy to learn and use, and it works best with Ubuntu.

    Cons: -Sometimes, it doesn't open some websites and crashes automatically.
    -You might see some lags while surfing heavily animated or graphically intense websites.

    Overall: Overall, Chromium is a great open-source web browser by chrome, and it does almost all the work same as chrome. There are some occasional lags, but other than that, everything works smoothly and is refined.

    Pros: -It is open source and has free libraries for personal or professional use.
    -It is available on various platforms, but I used it on Ubuntu, and it worked great.
    -You get all the necessary features and functionalities, and the user interface is also quite good and user-friendly.

    Cons: -It has some stability issues, and API sometimes fails. Other than that, I did not faced any problem with Chromium.

    Overall: Overall, Chromium is a great open-source web browser with all the features you use and, on top of that, has an excellent User Interface. I can easily recommend you Chromium if you work in Ubuntu.

    Pros: -It is the best browser for ubuntu because of the compaitablity and the smoothness it provides while browsing.
    -Despite being an open-source browser it supports all the extensions and addons.
    -You get a browser with a lot of functionality and compatibility free of cost.

    Cons: -It crashes sometimes, and the speed of switching tabs is very low other than this, I found no issue in the browser.

    Overall: Overall it is the best browser for Linux and supports all the add-ons as chrome does.
