    "Annoying"

    Posted 2022-11-06

    Pros: Nothing at all.

Cons: I am a user of the ChartPath, very unhappy with the software, hoping someone would do something to improve the system, particularly the speech to text which as I mentioned only a waste of time.

Overall: This software is worthless and annoying.

    "Difficult to use"

    Posted 2022-01-06

Pros: Follow ups are easy. There is nothing else good unless you like to simply copy all of a previous visit information forward. It is perfect to use if you simply want to defraud the insurance world to make revenue.

Cons: New patient information is tedious to enter. It takes an hour to build an initial chart. Dictation doesn’t work. Follow ups are only easy if all patient information is unchanged, as if it ever is.

Overall: I don’t like it. It drove me to quit a job I enjoyed to have a life outside of 12 hour shifts that should be 6-8 hour days.
