Pros: Great way for charitable org to get a better understand of people who are in need and pick out scammers.

Cons: Minor item, the client printout could be redesigned to use less paper.

Overall: Our church organization highly depends on the information. The more org who use it the better it is.

Pros: CharityTracker is perfect for our non-profit. It allows us to keep good records, communicate with our board members easily and manage our entire giving platform. We would really struggle without it!

Cons: I wish it had a few extra features like event management, so that we could use it for even more things.

Overall: Great tool! Critical to our business! We have to have this type of system to run our business efficiently.

Cons: - slow changes and updates; looks outdated
- some customization has to be requested through support, like archiving units that are no longer in use
- reports are not self-explanatory.

Overall: Overall, I am very grateful for CharityTracker. We are a unique program and having a system that allows us to keep our notes updated, without spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Their support team is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would love to see an updated platform/UI, but otherwise it's a solid product that we have relied on through some really tough community crises'

Pros: CharityTracker makes us able to do what we do as a church and charity organization! If it were not for this software, we would have no way of doing our benevolence funding efficiently. We utilize this in our office every single day and would be lost without it!

Cons: I really don't have any cons about this product. We use it with ease every single day.

Pros: It is an excellent resource within a wide area to assist families in need. I love the interface and goals section. The software is very user friendly, and makes it easy for me to train new staff. I love the visibility of the assistance given by various charities and how we can keep notes private that just pertain to our agency.

Cons: I tried using the new duplicate case section but I know there are duplicate cases that aren’t showing up in that search filter. So improvement is needed there but it is a new feature.

Overall: We are very happy to pay for the CharityTracker Plus, it has streamlined and strengthened our ministry and aided in our mission.

Pros: As a small nonprofit, CharityTracker helps us keep records without spending much of our already small budget.

Cons: The only negative or criticism I could give is that the report section could be a little more user friendly.

Overall: I would recommend CharityTracker to any small nonprofit starting out that needs a digital way to keep up with clients without breaking the bank to do it.

Pros: Growing with us, works on our terms, custom reports, great customer service and very affordable! We have recommended to other nonprofits.

Cons: On a rare occasion we have had an issue, however, their tech team has been quick to resolve it.

Overall: CharityTracker used on a daily basis. They are constantly adding features. It has grown as we grow.

Pros: Great product that is easy to use and intuitive. Great customer service with quick responses by either phone or e-mail.

Cons: None that I can think of. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the product and the support.

Overall: Excellent. I am happy with the all aspects of Charity Tracker as a product and with their support.
