Pros: Feature rich - Customer history, dashboard, daily results, etc.
Easy to set-up and change.
SMS enabled tool for customer contact.
Delivery enabled - DoorDash or inhouse drivers.
Easy to learn for non-techie team.
Support.
Constant improvement/roadmap updates.

Cons: Relatively young platform, so sometimes a little buggy, but quick to address it.

Pricey.

Overall: I have a single laundromat as a side-business and purchased a Cents subscription in late 2022. I've been in technology for 30+ years and currently run a cloud-based software company. I liked the idea of going with a POS that was run like a true software company vs. the more "mom and pop" platforms on the market. After just a few months, I am amazed at the constant stream of improvements and entirely new tools that have come out. I've encountered a few bugs along the way, but they have been minor and were quickly resolved. The POS itself and connected hardware (register, card-reader, printer) has been running w/o a hitch, which was a problem I had with my previous provider. Overall, it was a little pricier than the competitors, but they are providing a purpose-built and reliable solution and are constantly reinvesting in the product. It is worth mentioning that they provide regular content and webinars for their customers and are backed by respected institutional investors (venture capital), which suggests they will be around for a while.

Overall: Love Cents, they've helped me grow my laundromat substantially.

Will be happy when they release more driver app updates.

Overall: Amazing, I have and will keep recommending Cents to my industry friends. Cents is a great product.

Pros: I am a new Laundry owner. We researched and chose Cents as it was a new up and coming company. We were impressed from the start. Every aspect from our first consultation to product set up and installation was top notch. Great customer service and follow through every step of the way. Highly recommend Cents.

Cons: So far we gave no complaints regarding their products or services.

Overall: Overall great value of their products and services. We are happy we chose to use Cents. Their POS system is easy to use and has made revenue reporting easy for us.

Pros: Fantastic and patient customer service with tech challenged people and staff.

Product excellent. Allows us to monitor and check growth, track sales and and improve customer service to clients. It also available to communicate to clients IN SPANISH!

Cons: Cents is a new company so there are services that I would like that they don’t have yet. Their CEO loves feedback though and has implemented several changes I’ve requested though so I feel like it’s really more of a plus than a negative.

Overall: Approachable CEO. Company wants feedback. Very fast response to improvement requests. They’ve implemented a dashboard and are soon to help with google reviews. Absolutely fantastic company.

Pros: From day one cent's has been nothing but amazing and helpful to our new laundromat business! SO Thankful.

Cons: I cannot think of one thing! They have been amazing through everything!

Overall: Everything has been amazing from user friendly software to wonderful customer service. So glad we went with Cents!

Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to use. This app is downloaded on multiple tablets that i can remote into that way no matter where I am I can check on progress.

Cons: No mobile viewing compatibility. I hope the mobile view on my cellphone would view the way it does on the tablet.

Overall: I suggest using Cents to streamline the wash and fold process. It pays for itself. It's user friendly and easy to remote use as well as keeps great record tracking.

Pros: I like being able to see data on who is folding clothes and how effective my employees are. I also like the keeping track of customer data and being able to text them.

Cons: I'd like some b to b features for wash and fold service. I need the ability to send invoices.

Overall: The best part is the epic customer service. that sets cents apart. I also like how quickly they use feedback to improve the software.

Pros: I Love that it is very user friendly, Cents has put a lot of time in development in this software and they have a commitment to continue working on all aspects to make it better. I also value the fact that it is an all in one software for counter WDF and home delivery with more coming in the future. Love this company and all the employees I have dealt with since the beginning, all have been great to work with and are very professional and knowledgeable about their software.

Cons: Need more robust reports, I know that Cents is working on this.

Overall: Excellent software would recommend to anyone especially if they are looking for an all in one with the ability to do delivery.

Pros: Cents is a forward thinking organization, always striving to improve their system to provide a seamless all in one software package. The people at Cents are great to work with. They solicit feedback from customers on ways to improve their software and then actually incorporate those ideas into the system.

Cons: Growing business so some kinks are still being worked out.

Overall: I chose to partner with Cents because their system offers an all-in-one type business solution. With Cents I can manage Drop Off Service, accept credit/debit card payments at the machines, manage machine use, provide on demand Pick-Up and Delivery through DoorDash integration, and manage a Pick-Up and Delivery business in one centralized location. Cents stores all the information in one system so there is no need to attempt to marry different software systems together or get different sets of information from different systems. With Cents it is all in one place!
