Pros: This is the support that made it happen. I've been dealing with a marketing problem for two years, the solution to which is obviously not widely publicized around the world. Ultimately, I was concerned with the misrepresentation issue at Google. When I asked CedCommerce whether it made sense to create a feed, the professional help came immediately and personally.
Of course it is a support and not a removal from work. I was given instructions and help on how to proceed. it cost me nothing!

Cons: Sorry. I don't know about that point. All important questions were answered by this professional support.

Sadly that they could not came here and make 100% all of my work without money. But I think nobody can do that.

Overall: I am now ready to let this marketing specialist design my advertising presence from now on. Now I can calmly hand over the work to a specialist. I can finally design my products.

Pros: It allows me to sync my products from BigCommerce to TikTok shop.

Easily manage the orders from the app for the most part.

Cons: Not all the syncing works properly, so had to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix this and make sure it works properly.
For example, the tracking information didn't sync properly, the inventory isn't syncing on the app.

Overall: Overall, it is pretty good. It is a little frustrating to get the hang of it and trying to get the most out of the app. It takes a lot of troubleshooting to ensure the app works properly. Still working with customer service on little kinks of the app.

Pros: Very helpful app to integrate Amazon with Shopify, support team respond very quickly to resolves any issues.

Cons: Do get recurring issues due to amazons strict policies.

Overall: CedCommerce fulfill a wide range of marketplace integrations that other development companies cant. Their integrations are simple and easy to use, setting the standard for how integrations should be done.

Pros: I had a question about my products not syncing and error messages and support was very helpful in helping identify the issue and how to correct it :)

Cons: The wait time was longer than expected (but still under 10 mins in between answers)

Overall: Happy I upgraded my plan as the support is actually there and it does seem as if it is a REAL person on the other end. Very happy.

This app itself is also a dream. I was so stressed about trying to find a way to sync my Shopify shop inventory with my eBay shop and this made it possible and effortless (once all set up). Works so well.

Also tips for improvements are taken into account.

Cons: In our case we had to make a lot of profiles and templates to get the products in the right eBay category.

Overall: Overall it is an easy to use app which saves a lot of time and administration because of the sync between my webshop and Ebay.
Stock is immediately synced and only one place for the administration.

Pros: CedCommerce did a great job for integrating and setting up our amazon store with our Shopify website.

Cons: sometimes the tool may be a bit tricky to use for non tech personnel

Overall: They were very responsive and were able to meet all the objectives while addressing any concerns and questions we had along the way. Look forward to working with them on other projects in the future. Kaushik was great to work with.
