"Warning Carecenta will steal your money " Posted 2023-07-05
Pros: Never got to find out as I never got my concerns addressed. And I never got to discuss any of this either salesperson.
Cons: I discussed program with Jeffrie, a sales person. I signed on and paid 499,00 onboard fee. Next day I had a few concerns and questions and reached out to Jeff. He never responded to my calls or e mail. I took that as a major red flag. I immediately notified Jeffrey, as well as billing and customer service of my intent to exercise three day intent to cancel. No work had been done on my acct. To this day I cannot get anyone to talk to me and they have not refunded my 499 bucks. They also go by name Daycenta. Not sure what that is about. Just want to warm you to be very wary of this company
Why take someone’s money when you have done nothing to earn it. And why not return calls to answer questions? The only person who is at all professional was Lisa in customer service.Overall: Terrible. Disheartening Cheated. I lost 500 dollars for no reason. I only needed to discuss my concerns regarding clients who are already deactivated.

Pros: The service was ok but Demetrius and Lisa are very unprofessional. They were discussing the bill with my staff members and if they can do that with staff who knows what they will do with my clients. I am happy to be done and gone.
Cons: Doesn’t have any sense of privacy or respect. It’s not about a bill, it’s about pricy and security. You don’t know who is on the other side of that phone!
Overall: The service was ok but due to the loose lips, I can’t stay and nepotism my clients like that.

Pros: Nothing. We have paid for a year but are currently using a spreadsheet!
Cons: Everything . We have paid for a year but are currently using a spreadsheet!
Overall: They have swindled my small company out of a year of payments only not to hold up their end. The system is in no way user friendly and the support team can’t get the software working and won’t refund us. So we have no scheduling software! Paid for one, but having to use a spreadsheet! Huge language barrier!
