Pricing Details:
All-in-one pricing with a minimum monthly fee of £120 plus VAT.
Prices are based on the total number of carers using the software. There is no fee for admin users.
Includes the cost of MOA Benchmarking's audit tool to help maintain and improve your CQC/CIW rating. Additional MOA modules are discounted to £0.50 per carer per month.

    Pros: The ease of the system, good reporting, uploading multiple documents visible to both Carers and families. Realtime alerts and notifications make it a very good system to use and ensure issues/concerns dealt with in a timely manner.

    Cons: Not really any negatives with the system, upgrades are done regularly and system development with new features are quite good.

    Overall: Overall experience of using this system is very good, we have recommended other Care Providers to use this system, cost effective also

    Pros: CareLineLive is an excellent platform for managing care records, care plans, MAR charts and audits all in one place. It improves accountability, supports compliance, and gives managers clear real-time oversight of care delivery and staff performance.

    Cons: There is very little to dislike overall. Occasionally the system can be slow during peak times, but this does not significantly impact daily use or the quality of care records.

    Overall: Overall, CareLineLive is a well-designed and dependable care management system that supports safe, high-quality care. It helps teams work more efficiently, improves record keeping, and strengthens governance across care services.

    Pros: The service team - so friendly and helpful, even if you have to ask them a few times about the same thing as you're still unsure about something. Nothing ever seems too much trouble

    Cons: Not being able to speak to someone out of office hours ie weekends directly

    Overall: 1st class service, truly. Always friendly when we need to call them and on 1st name terms which makes it so much easier

    "Comprehensive, clean system for managing care clients and users"

    Pros: As an admin for this product it covers everything we need in our business. It is a a complete end‑to‑end system for our home‑care services. If we ever require assistance their online support are rapid at getting back to you with a solution.

    Cons: Nothing really. Would be nice to be able to pick up the phone and call support if needed. But this is nit picking as their online support service is quite slick in itself.

    Overall: Its trusted by our users and clients alike. Very simple to use on a daily basis for our users. Frontline carers use the app on Android and its very straightforward but containing all the necessary functionality for them to perform their job duties.

    Pros: CareLineLive is an excellent system for home care. The system is user friendly and we straightforward to get setup in the first instance. The customer support is excellent with self sever guidances, where you need one to one support their is an excellent system to get support usually within an hour or two. We love the GP connect facility as this saves us lots of phone calls and admin time contacting pharmacies and GP.

    Cons: I can honestly say there are no cons in my opinion.

    Overall: You won't be disappointed if you use CareLineLive, there's great functionality that's built for home care, we love it in the office and the care staff love the app.

    Pros: CareLineLive has been a really helpful system for our service and has supported us in moving away from paper-based processes to a more structured and digital way of working. It has improved visibility of rotas, call monitoring, care notes, and compliance-related information, which is especially important in a regulated care environment.

    Having everything in one place has made auditing, oversight, and accountability much easier. The platform supports our day-to-day operations well, and the support team are responsive, helpful, and open to feedback, which we genuinely appreciate.

    Cons: Like any system, there are some areas that could be more intuitive, particularly for carers who are less confident with technology. Certain features could also be more prominent or easier to access, which would help with engagement and consistency of use.
