The SnugFit O&P 3D Scanner app, developed through the support of the National Institutes of Health, instantly captures 3D data of the body part (FO, AFO, knee, torso, and head) for prescription made orthotics or prosthetics. The 3D body scanner app does not need an external structured light sensor. Instead, it uses an iPhone or iPad's front facing TrueDepth sensor for 3D acquisition.
