    "Solid Client Portal"

    Pros: I really like the client portal functionality and haven’t found another option that’s as useful as Canopy’s.

    Cons: I’ve been unable to get the tax transcript functionality to work whatsoever.

    Overall: Overall Canopy is a solid accounting technology offering that I use with many of my clients for the purposes of file sharing.

    "Time saver and reliable tax resolution"

    Pros: By just entering the taxpayer's information and clicking the refresh button i am able to pull transcripts through the IRS website at once.

    Cons: I appreciate everything about Canopy and i really count on it on every day basis.

    Overall: To anyone who regularly deals with IRS, Canopy is a time saver and offers great tax utility features for organizing client tax information.
