Pros: It's a lot easier to share links on social media and in printed materials now. Shorter and simpler links make it easier for people to type them in. It's been a game-changer for our business to turn those long referral URLs into short and easy-to-read ones.

Cons: We really don't have any complaints about CampaignTracker. They have great customer service as we reached out to them and they fixed our problem asap.

Overall: Love CampaignTracker as it has made it clear which marketing campaigns are working, whether it's social, paid, email, print, etc.

Pros: We started using CampaignTracker to create short links and get better data with the use of UTM parameters. We get such a better view of where our traffic is coming from, whether it's from a paid social campaign, social media post, or our physical flyer inserts we put in our tie subscription boxes. What makes CampaignTracker different from other link management apps we looked at is the fact that they strip away UTM parameters once the user clicks on the link. This is very helpful for us as we get the most accurate data, since most people end up sharing a whole link with its UTM parameters intact, compromising some of the data.

Cons: Not so much to say here. We actually put in a feature request once and the team actually built it. It's impressive how customer focused they are.

Overall: We love it and use it all the time for all of our marketing campaigns. What we enjoy most from using CampaignTracker is its intuitiveness and simplicity. It does its job well!
