    Pros: I wanted to take a moment to write a review on Calmerry from both the personal and professional standpoint. Their customer service is second to none. Their mental health professionals meet you where you are at and are timely and responsive. I have found Calmerry to be the better choice compared with many of their competitors in the industry. 10/10 recommend.

    Cons: There were no cons in my experience. Every part of the service I experienced was a pro.

    Overall: I have had a personalized and professional experience with Calmerry. Every step of the way they were supportive and helpful.

    Pros: Our nonprofit provides free mental health support services to individuals nationwide 24/7. Calmerry has been an excellent benefit and resource to our team so they get as much support as they give! We looked at other online options and chose Calmerry for its easy set up, use and services provided!!!

    Cons: None honestly. After searching for months for the perfect way to support our employees Calmerry was chosen because it was easy to set up, services offered and customer support which others weren’t as reachable. No complaints.

    Overall: Excellent for peers and any individuals needed support especially when working virtually supporting others!!! Promotes self care!!

    Pros: I am so grateful to discover Calmerry. The discovery came at a great time. Once you fill out the forms about what your needs are, they find the right therapist for you. I love mine!!! She really listens and both the video sessions and messaging has been wonderful.

    Cons: The only con I have is I wish I had known about Calmerry sooner.

    Overall: Love, love, and love Calmerry!!! Therapy is so helpful. Whether you are going through something or not, it really helps to talk with someone. Thank you Calmerry!!!

    Pros: I appreciate that all the self-help tools remain available even after prepaid corporate balance for covered sessions with a therapist is utilized.

    Cons: I would like to be able to afford the service on my own

    Overall: It’s also great that they offer additional discounts for corporate users on out-of-pocket plans, allowing me to continue talking to my therapist as needed.

The therapy quality is excellent, but I'd like to focus on the product itself. Calmerry offers both a web platform and a mobile app, both featuring a highly user-friendly design. What's impressive is that, in addition to the video therapy sessions and therapist chats, the app provides numerous free tools like a mood journal, reflection bot, and various tests. One minor issue is that notifications from the app occasionally malfunction. Despite that, I'm very satisfied with this solution.
