    Pros: It’s easy to use and the support team is amazing. Plus the rates can’t be beat! I’d tell everyone to use them hands down.

    Cons: I got stuck in a loop but that was my user error. Again the support team helped me out and got me back on track.

    Overall: It was quick and easy to use. I sent my first text out in just 20 minutes. I like the ability to customize the messages and add graphics easily.

    Pros: - Relatively straightforward, easy to learn
    - Tons of features, far outmatches the competition
    - Pretty affordable

    Cons: - Bill tracking (haven't found a way to see pending charges)

    Overall: Set up CallHub for a political campaign I was managing and immediately adopted it as our calling and texting platform. The website and app work very well and offer far more options and features than even more expensive competitors. Would recommend highly.

    Pros: It is an easy-to-use interface, quick with adding agents and managing different campaigns. Managing and monitoring agent features are helpful.

    Cons: Need auto-drop voicemail.

    Overall: I've used it reliably for a few campaign cycles, and always easy and gets better.

    "Nice program"

    Pros: - Phone App works well
    - Responsive tech support
    - Can handle large groups for call center campaigns (10+)

    Cons: - It would be nice for the sitemap/user interface to be in languages other than English and Spanish

    Overall: I need to preface this review that I've run call center campaigns with CallHub last Fall and this Winter/Spring, which was a part of a large campaign which was probably a large contract. I can't comment on what it would be like if I started a campaign on my own from scratch, but it seems like the tech team has been working hard to accomodate the needs of that contract which includes 60 different groups throughout California. Shoutout to Sam Briggs and his team.

    What I do know is compared to other predictive dialers, this one seems pretty user friendly and I like the functionality compared to similar products, although I haven't tried them all.

    "CallHub is great!"

    Pros: CallHub is easy to use and delivers results. They also have great customer service. It's exactly what my business needs.

    Cons: We just started using CallHub. There is not something I do not like about it so far.

    Overall: We were looking for a platform that could mass text, mass call and have a one-to-one text feature. It's everything we were looking for in a software.

    Pros: The system is simple enough that you can quickly and efficiently build a campaign without losing pertinent functionality.

    Cons: Integration options for HubSpot are not available.

    Overall: I like the system and intend to expand our usage as our cold calling needs continue. The ability to pay as you go is a game changer.

    "The best robo-calling platform in the market"

    Pros: It does exactly what you need it to do better than any other platform in the market. It calls recipients properly (not just a 1-2 second call) and successfully drops a voicemail clip or plays the audio as specified in the campaign settings. Most other platforms out there fail to call properly let alone drop the correct audio at all. CallHub is the best one on the market. Has all the capabilities and functionalities you need for a successful robocall campaign.

    Cons: Sometimes the voicemail drop is not the full clip. It gets disrupted or replays half way. It seems to be some technical glitch? Another thing is needing to check whether the number you have verified has been flagged by a carrier which means you need a new number to use.

    Overall: It has been excellent and support has been very good too. I will be continuing to use CallHub because it's helped us with our marketing efforts and has everything we need.

    "This service has saved our org money, but is finicky "

    Pros: I love how easy it is to set up different campaigns, generally speaking. Overall the cost is affordable. The text campaigns are extremely affordable and very easy to get in touch with your members/call list quickly.

    Cons: Voicemail broadcast issues, unfortunately. For a world that has more cellphones than landlines now, I wish they'd improve auto use of voicemail. Their system is still unable to discern between a human and voicemail recording efficiently and it ends up causing a lot of issues for broadcasts.

    When creating a campaign, and being prompted to add a phonebook or new recording, it opens a separate window to upload the file, but when you do and go back to your campaign, you have to hit refresh and start setting the campaign up again. CAD to USD makes it pricier and unpredictable for Canadian users.

    Overall: Overall I am very happy with CallHub. It has saved our organization a ton of labour hours, and helps filter out members who want to authentically engage with our labour union. It also paints an accurate picture of how many members don't seem to want to engage, and helps us develop strategy to have them authentically engaged. I just wish their automatic detection systems were more accurate, and that it was easier to get ahold of customer service.

    "Great tool for different types of campaigns"

    Pros: The number of solutions present in the platform is a definite plus. The workflows feature is also great and takes care of a lot of manual work.

    Cons: There can be a learning curve to get used to the tool.

    Overall: Have helped campaigns use CallHub for multiple use cases. It's easy to scale and the pricing structure is also pretty good, you don't have to pay a lot if you're not using it.
