About Calix Compass
The Compass family of software works together to give service providers a 360 degree view of their network customizable by role or activity. Network planners, network engineers, support personnel, marketers, general managers … even subscribers managing their home network can leverage Compass applications to provide deep network, service, and business insights. Compass software is cloud based, and pulls data from across the Compass suite or via an API or uploads from other data sources to provide customized views. Once data is gathered into Compass, it is organized, analyzed and presented as actionable reports or controls that let users tune their network, plan where to spend capital, or decide what services to offer which customer and when.
