Overall: As a supplier, working with Cahoot has been fantastic! Their platform integrates smoothly, making it easy for us to fulfill orders efficiently and deliver on time.

Pros: -Dummy-proof and intuitive platform

-Great addition to our existing fulfillment business

Cons: I can honestly say that the are none! We've had nothing, positive experiences working with Cahoot and we look forward to many more years of partnership.

Pros: Good service, competitive shipping rates, affordable to get started with them as a small business, flexible and good partners in building my business and responding to evolving needs.

Cons: Would like some of the interfaces and screens to be easier to use and more support from humans available, but they are continually improving this and wasn't much of an issue. When I needed help with service, people would step in and help.

Overall: I assessed several order fulfillment companies and chose Cahoot for their pricing and their service. They provide strong client support and help you get things done as easily as possible, including with their client portal, and they are reliable and well priced.

Pros: Honestly one of the most impressive companies I've ever worked with. Cahoot are 10x better than Amazon when it comes to looking after their customers.

Cons: Nothing so far. I struggled with the set up initially but they were great in teaching me how to use it, I now see how much better it is than Amazon FBA.

Overall: I don't feel like just another number on their balance sheet, I am a real person they know and want to help like a close friend.

Pros: We have been using Cahoot for 2 years, and apart from it working perfectly like clockwork and in an automated manner, when we needed them to obtain a DUNS number to move the merchandise to their warehouse, they requested it quickly.

Cons: They don't have batch tracking information for food products.

Overall: In general Cahoot is very easy to set up and to use, specially for the online sales with website and Amazon, but it is also super good for B2B logistics to send pallets to big customers.

Pros: Great software saves a ton of time printing labels and keeping everything organized. Also tells you if there is any issue with any order via email.

Cons: Settings can be difficult to navigate but great support.

Overall: Cant go wrong with this software, very inexpensive for what it provides. Not to mention all the time you save.

Pros: We sent Cahoot our bestsellers, and they took care of fulfillment and allowed use to focus on other things.

Cons: The interface is a little clunky, and mechanical. Can be a little confusing.

Overall: Overall not bad, we may reach out to them again soon. We haven't done enough volume to justify Cahoot's services, but once we do, we'd love to work with them again.

Pros: 1. Big Cost saving in comparison to our former 3PL warehouse

Cons: I have more than 1 year working with Cahoot and I haven't found any cons so far :)

Overall: I could save big money when I moved from the former 3PL warehouse to Cahoot. Their support service is also very efficient; they reply to any issue in less than 24h.

Pros: We started using Cahoot about three months ago and they have been great to work with -- always trying to provide great service and address any concerns and issues quickly and effectively. We've been very impressed with their shipping performance and communication on status of delivery for packages. It's very helpful to know when a package has run into a delivery problem so that we can be proactive with the situation instead of reactive after a customer contacts us. They also set up a HAZMAT shipping solution to ship our products that contain lithium ion batteries which was previously a challenge for another large 3PL company we were using. They do a good job with this and we've had almost no problems so far.

Cons: The Cahoot software probably works well for companies that have an operations manager and companies that also have their own warehouse but we haven't found it to be super simple to use, in some aspects. For example, we have a process for holding larger orders so we can manually review them and route them to the right warehouse but the Cahoot system does not often import these orders if we don't manually assign it quickly after the order is placed. This requires us to enter a manual order and the only way to create a manual order is to enter the data in a csv file and upload the, which can be a bit time consuming and cumbersome. Additionally, Cahoot does not "push" inventory numbers back to our Shopify store so we have to ensure inventory numbers are accurate across both systems. That said, Cahoot is working on many improvements to their software and I have no doubt these sorts of issues will be resolved soon.

Overall: Overall, I recommend them. Customer service is quick and personalized and they are clearly trying to do a great job and improve everyday.

Pros: We have been using Cahoot for our fulfilment for a few months now, and I must say the experience has been truly amazing. Our orders ship the same day, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently, and shipping information is updated correctly. It is saving us a lot of time and resources which would otherwise have gone into setting up our own operations.

Cons: Occasional issues with updating tracking information.

Overall: Really impressed with the service and the app. We have had no issues so far, and wont hesitate in recommending it.

Cons: I would like to see higher pay for warehouse storage. On the bright side, sellers are charged lower storage and fulfilment fees than other products such as FBA so the growth is amazing.

Overall: I am a CFP (Cahoot Fulfilment Partner) so my warehouse and staff fill orders for Cahoot sellers.

Over the last 3 years I have had the opportunity to experience the incredible capabilities of Cahoot.ai, and I must say, it has completely revolutionized the way I view order fulfillment. This platform is nothing short of a game-changer for anyone looking for order fulfilment capacity without the expenses of warehousing, staff or all the other costs associated with filling your own online orders.  Cahoot relies on a network of hundreds of warehouses all over the country and can direct your orders to the warehouse that is closest to your buyer, reducing transit time and shipping label costs.

From the moment I started using Cahoot.ai, I was impressed by its intuitive interface and user-friendly design. It's evident that the developers put a lot of thought into creating an environment that fosters seamless communication, efficient teamwork as well as easy and lowest-cost order fulfilment.  The real-time visibility Cahoot.ai provides for both CFP's and sellers is nothing short of amazing. Sellers can track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and identify potential bottlenecks in real-time, allowing you to proactively address issues and keep clients informed. This level of transparency can greatly enhance customer relationships and instill confidence in the ability to meet buyer needs consistently.

The mechanisms in place for me, as a CFP, allow me and my staff to quickly fill hundreds of orders per day and the "scan verify" component ensures all of the orders ship with the correct product, quantity and packaging which reduces the sellers shipping costs and eliminates buyer complaints.  

I am very happy to continue my work with Cahoot.ai and look forward to many more years in our working relationship.

Cons: No major complaints. We are working with them to try to replace shipstation completely for us.

Overall: We're a warehouse and e-commerce seller that has taken advantage of both sides of Cahoot's 3PL offerings. The training for sending out shipments on behalf of other sellers was seamless. Easy label generation, printing, and packing. It's a breeze for the warehouse crew. They provide all the resources you would need for the outgoing side of a 3PL system. This experience caused us to explore shipping out our own units to other nodes in their network. We've experienced deep savings on many of our 1-2 day shipments since we're located on the East Coast.

Pros: Multiple reporting features, super fast and easy to confidently print labels with the most cost-effective carriers.

Cons: Not as many native integrations as other providers but once they customized one for our inventory software, it is working seamlessly.

Overall: If you want to save some money and a substantial amount of time dedicated to shipping prep, this is the way to go. Saves me hours/day in label prep and my overall shipping costs have been reduced by 4% YTD in spite of carrier increases of nearly 5%.

Pros: Great shipping rates for small parcel delivery and less than truck load, professional service, orders marked as shipped same day.

Cons: Cahoot is growing and new services are on the road map.

Overall: We onboarded with Cahoot at the beginning of Q4 with the single goal of reducing our 3PL costs. We have been happy to see considerable savings on SPD costs instantly. What I was not expecting was the excellent level of service from the Cahoot team. They took care to analyze our business in detail before we onboarded so they were certain they could fulfill their promise of service and cost. The onboarding process was extremely easy. The Cahoot team did all the heavy lifting and the Cahoot platform is simple and easy to use. Working with Cahoot provides us with the flexibility to store product near our customers. The team continue to work with us to ensure we distribute our inventory to the right locations across the US to reduce our SPD label costs. Rather than buying an app or a service, it feels like we have begun a great partnership with the Cahoot team who have a genuine interest in helping our business to succeed.

Pros: As someone just starting out with Amazon FBM, they provided exactly the guidance I needed to get started.

Pros: We don’t do any SFP or even sell on Amazon and the setup was not ideal for our modus operandi. The solution can save Amazon merchants a lot of money.

Cons: Most of the issue we had could have been prevented if we’d taken our time and made sure that our product fit this kind of model.

Pros: Probably the best next generation internet only order fulfillment platform with excellent spot on services and a hassle free experience. We have been using this service for years and have never encountered any negative results.
