    "Cabify - Bad customer service"

    Pros: Nothing good to say here. Avoid them. There are other good services like ecotaxi and taxi barcelona.

    Cons: Cabify is awful particularly in Barcelona. Their customer service for resolution is the worst. Just had an awful experience and they charged me for a service unfairly and were not willing to take any accountability. Dont use them. Use other services for sure.

    Overall: Use another service. Cabify is not reliable and certainly very bad a customer service and resolutionZ not worth it
