    "Very incompetent "

    Pros: Nothing worked properly so we did not like anything. When we thought we might like a feature it was broken. We would ask for it to be fixed and that never happened.

    Cons: There was nothing to like. From the horrible support team to the even worse development team. They couldn't do their ABC's together if they tried.

    The software does not work properly. They claim they have all these features but nothing worked ever for 3 months. They always tell you they will call back but don't.

    Overall: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEY GOT, THEY DON'T LIE. This company is a down right scam and they deserve to be turned into the attorney generals office which is our next step. They steal your money and don't deliver on product or service

    Pros: There are no pros to this company, and it is difficult to communicate with the so-called 24-hour tech team. They will take your money and not deliver.

    Cons: Management is unprofessional, and the sales team lies.

    Overall: I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Cab Treasure, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, their promises turned out to be empty lies.

    The system they offer is riddled with glitches and lacks basic attributes. While these issues are fixable, attempting to reach their so-called 24/7 technical department was a joke. Their claim of constant availability is a far cry from the reality of unresponsive support.

    Attempts to contact management resulted in broken promises to call back, leaving me frustrated and unheard. The customer service is not just unprofessional but downright deceptive.

    I strongly advise against using their despatch system. Despite promising the world, you end up with less than what the most straightforward system can offer. My attempts to secure a refund have been met with resistance, and the company still holds my money hostage.

    Even more concerning is their persistent effort to have my negative review removed, further highlighting their lack of integrity. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company—it's a regrettable choice that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

    Pros: Good dispatch system, its features, with modification available. Web booker integration has been a best thing for us.

    Cons: Support guys are good but they should be more quicker.

    Overall: The dispatch system has really given us great help in our daily job assigning and keeping tabs on our drivers.

    "Good product BAD SERVICE"

    Pros: The system is great, the tech and web staff are great, BUT the higher management and manager are unprofessional, immature in dealing with issues, my issues have been with them for almost a year and still not sorted, they ignore phone calls and emails.

    Now I have sent them a final email, as they switched off my booking system out of hours and at weekend, despite the fact that I have been trying to speak to them for nearly two weeks left several messages with there staff and sent emails. ALL BEEN IGNORED.

    Cons: Badly managed by Manager and CEO.
    The support staff a really good and web designers are great.

    Overall: Very good product, but they lack professionalism, they do not have supervisors at technical department and support staff.

    "Do not use the cloud version "

    Pros: The idea is great however the system is so unreliable the phone system goes down, google map api, dispatch panel you name it.

    Cons: Service, support, sms gateway, google map always breaking, good concept terrible execution, it constantly crashes. upper management is a nightmare to deal with.

    Overall: This system is terrible its destroying my business, the customer service is terrible, IT yells at you when they disagree that its broken.
