Cons: - Inability to place orders easily via mobile application
- Rate Chart Customization - can make difficult to integrate since there can be so many

Overall: We used CXT for 15+ years as our primary operating system. Having a finance background, the reporting side specific to customer sales revenue, gross profit, on-time performance, IC commission, etc. etc., made it very easy to evaluate our business, provide metric reporting to our people, invoice our customers, and pay our contractors.
