    "Excellent Solution to increase bids received"

    Pros: Subcontractor database is very responsive. The sales team and customer service given is excellent. There was an issue and the Director of Sales jumped on it right away and got a resolution that was acceptable for all parties.

    Cons: Currently there is a limited selection of packages, options and pricing tiers.

    Overall: Overall has been a good experience and I would recommend this product to other General Contractors looking to increase subcontractor participation.

    Pros: It allows to search by zip code based on x amount of radius miles and it can be easy to use depending on the size of the job. It also allows you to load as many subs that you can locate.

    Cons: Some of the companies that it finds are sometimes suppliers and not subcontractors. You still have to sort though the populated fields.

    To difficult to manually add an external subs to your list in order to help keep and track all calls and emails together.

    Does not allow you to edit your side notes

    Does not let you know if an email address is good or not.

    Overall: Its ok, but needs to be more user friendly. Maneuvering through the different pages is confusing.
