"Gets me moving but shows no progress" Posted 2024-05-17
Pros: The instructors are great and their 7-minute breaks get me moving, which is good. Nice variety of online breaks, either live or on demand (recorded).
Cons: Customer support is a disappointment. I have attended in entirety over 20 breaks and the system is not recording my attendance. Thomas, in customer service, emailed with me looking for the root of the problem. After their assessment, I was called a liar suggesting that I have not attended the breaks! Unprofessional, unhelpful, huge waste of time. I can not recommend Bright Breaks if you care about knowing your progress.
Overall: Back and forth emails with zero resolution and rather accusation of not really having attended all the breaks I attended. I sent multiple screen shots to show the login pathways, courses taken, feedback given using their surveys and futile. Thomas insulted me by claiming dishonesty about attending! Deeply disappointing. The online breaks are promising, but with unhelpful and harmful customer support, Bright Breaks are worth nothing.
