    "Amazing Place for a Virtual Career Fair...better than in person!!"

    Pros: I recently attended a healthcare specific career fair and had the BEST experience with using Brazen. Their customer service is phenomenal, the platform is VERY easy to use, and most of all, I love it because I get to invite the talent I'm specifically looking for to stop by at my booth, and they get to come by if it's a mutual fit so it's a win-win situation for both parties.

    Cons: I didn't like that it was a bit "hard" to set up but then once I got the hang of it and got help through their AWESOME customer service, it was super easy...just needed to get the "hang" of it.

    Overall: I feel like this is better than an in person event as you can't really invite people to attend your booth at an in person event through the list of registered attendees (in person events don't give that out ahead of time), plus I like that I don't have to travel anywhere, and can do this in the convenience of my own home.

    Pros: - Chat box helps to filter the candidates before going one to one.
    - Video quality and sound while video interview is top notch.
    - It was a quite good experience as it felt like real one, the tools on the video screen were enough to take the interview seamlessly.

    Cons: Have not came across any con whatsoever, if encountered any minor problem it was resolved by customer support in no time, Very happy with the application so far.

    Overall: Overall, as a recruiter the interface was quite helpful while taking the interview, I would suggest to add more helping tools to make it more interactive. The pricing is also very reasonable as compared to taking face to face interview and more convenient.

    Pros: Brazen was helpful for my team when we needed to recruit a high volume of candidates in a short amount of time.

    Cons: Occasionally, the chats would disconnect and we would have to call the candidates.

    Overall: Great product to use for recruitment teams! It is nice to be able to extend the time on chats when needed. I went back to reference multiple conversations and the notes that I left after those conversations were over. I love that the information is stored on the profile.

    Pros: Easy to design booth. Recruiters have no problem navigating. Detailed reports give data needed for ROI. Support staff immediately responsive to questions or requests for help. Have used other platforms but Brazen is the best.

    Cons: Can't think of anything I would change. Host of resources available on Brazen website that address any concerns/challenges encountered.

    Overall: Have used Brazen 4 times this year. Continue to see good results with virtual recruiting. Highly recommend Brazen to peers in other parts of the country. Have not found anything better or easier to use.

    Pros: Used Brazen through work and it was a great resource to help source for candidates, especially for hard to fill positions.

    Cons: It was a little confusing when having multiple admin users in the beginning, but we quickly figured it out.

    Overall: Overall had a positive experience and customer service was very helpful, when needed. Never felt alone and would recommend.

    Cons: I wish that you could add common questions and responses prior to the event starting.

    Pros: I used Brazen for in the campus recruiting cycle from sourcing through to the interview process for multiple roles. Brazen is an effective way to chat with many candidates and as a recruiter, I especially enjoy that it cuts out the "middle man". I organized the events, but did not need to join them - practitioners talked to students directly through Brazen and left real-time feedback. As a recruiter, I leveraged this feedback for offer decisions. I used Brazen for virtual career fairs to source top candidates and gauge interest. I also used Brazen as part of my interview days for 1:1 informal chats outside of interviews. Both uses of the tool were effective in my process!!

    Cons: There were a few technology issues at times, but they decreased as the recruiting cycle went on. The tech support was great and issues were resolved quickly and fixed for the future.

    Overall: Overall, my experience with Brazen is overwhelmingly positive. I look forward to using Brazen again for future recruiting efforts. I especially enjoyed the ease of training my practitioner teams on the tool so they could use it directly without constant recruiter involvement. This saved me time and energy. When I did want to be involved specifically for recruiting questions/info, it was easy to create a booth and provide candidates this information. I appreciated how customizable Brazen is - it really can shape to fit the virtual event you want to host!

    Pros: - Easy set up
    - Speak up to 4 people at a time (which is a lot to handle)
    - Easy to market by using pre made links that track source
    - Great for gaining candidate interest
    - Allows you to reach a larger amount of candidates through email that would not have applied to the role before.

    Cons: - Lots of marketing needed in order to push candidate interest
    - Unable to see live results of all registered totals. Would like to know how many people have registered before hand to gauge how much more marketing is needed.
    - Would like to be able to connect it with other apps such as Outlook

    Overall: I enjoyed using it and will most likely use it again next time I have a large class to fill. Best way to use it is with high amount of planning. If you have a high volume of candidates to hire within a certain time frame you want to give yourself enough time to use Brazen in order to collect candidates at the start. This means marketing the event weeks before, while marketing the job at the same time. Overall my event was small(25-30 attended) but still hired 2-3 candidates from it.

    Pros: Brazen is effective for recruiting efforts! We really like the tools they offer and how easy the platform is .

    Cons: Sometimes there is technical issues but they help fix it overall.

    Pros: This program is easy to use and allows for a great candidate experience. We have heard great feedback from candidates using the product, so we will continue using it in the future!

    Cons: Sometimes candidates get confused on what is happening when in the virtual event, but I do not think this is an issue with the product, but is an issue with communication on our end.

    Overall: Our company uses this product in order to host virtual events and to chat one-on-one anytime with a recruiter. This product accomplishes both successfully!

    Pros: I have used Brazen four times over the past year for virtual hiring fairs. The platform is very user friendly. The candidates were qualified. I like how the screen showed the resume along with the chat features.

    Cons: I wish I was able to see the candidates I interviewed.

    Pros: To begin, I really enjoyed how bright and colorful the home page and whole platform is. It really sets the stage for a wonderful experience! It is so easy to use and it is very organized. This is crucial when trying to juggle multiple booths and talking to multiple people. I really loved how you can easily view peoples resumes too while you are speaking to candidates.

    Cons: I wish I could extend the time longer to speak but I may be bias because I can never stop talking!

    Overall: Overall, this platform really helps me feel connected to candidates especially in a completely virtual environment! Highly recommend!

    Pros: I liked how you were able to connect with numerous people at different times and have separate conversations. Also the waiting room feature was great. This definitely has benefits over Skype when it comes to conversations.

    Cons: There was a lot going on within the interface of the product.

    Overall: There were definite benefits over Skype, the interface was just a bit too busy for me. If that was cleared up a bit I would like using it more.

    Cons: The only part we have struggled with is being able to see how many candidates are logged in waiting to speak with recruiters and I believe that is being worked on!

    Pros: The platform was easy to use with instructions that were also easy to read. There were very few technical issues for both Audio and Video and the candidates were able to seamlessly connect with recruiters without issue. The information from the conversations was easy to find post event and we were able to follow up with candidates appropriately. The booth customization was great for out team to highlight our program and include links to apply.

    Cons: The customization for the booths was limited at times and we wanted to include a bit more graphics explaining our program. Some schools locked the ability to download reports post event and we had to reach out to the contact at the school to receive lead reports.

    Overall: Brazen was the best platform we used across several online platforms due to the lack of technical issues and ability to connect with students in a queue fashion.
