    ""Brave"-themed version of DuckDuckGo"

    Posted 2021-08-12

Pros: Anonymous, privacy centered search, not unlike DuckDuckGo. Built by the team that made the brave browser, which makes sense - that's a privacy centered browser! UI is well made.

Cons: It's not as well known and is in beta stage so it just needs time to improve. It uses (anonymous) Google searches as a fallback when it doesn't yield good search results itself (if you enable that setting).

Overall: I don't see much difference between this and DuckDuckGo, but I am all for more anonymous web searching tools out there.
