Customers can book online without ever having to speak with us and the system lets us know when an order came in.
The integration into payment gateways, Google and SEO features add tremendous value to help drive more business and close more sales.

Cons: Perhaps simplify the return customer process but this system is truly a dream to work with.

Overall: I have used Bounce Rental Solutions, both with a former business and now with my current business, Galaxy Bounce Party Rentals. for over 5 years now and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch from a paper-based to electronic system.
The simplicity to get up and running and the flat-rate pricing made it an easy choice, especially at the monthly rate they offer. You can set up your products and categories extremely fast and make edits to them on the fly and are instant.
They provide several key features that I really found valuable to my business:
1. Integration into payment gateways such as Stripe.
2. SEO optimization and links to my social media sites
3. Electronic booking system, calendar, and contracts from the get-go
4. Hosting your own domain name and SSL or provides a subdomain for you to get started.
5. Direct one-to-one e-mail function
6. Send Mail using your own email address not an alias to their domain
7. Parent-child product relations to prevent double bookings
8. A dashboard that tells you everything you need to know for new orders, up-coming bookings and more.
9. It is responsive by design and looks and runs flawless on my mobile as well.
Customers love how easy it is to navigate my website and I like how I can manage my entire business on the road and on my mobile device.

Pros: It is pretty easy to learn how to use the software. It does what it says it does and that's perfect.

Cons: There is only one template to choose from but there are more on the way though.

Overall: 5 star. You get what you pay for here. We needed inventory management and online pay capabilities and that is what is offered. If you are looking for a software with extensive crm capabilities, employee login, fleet tracking, online payment, etc this is not the software for you. If you simply want a website that tracks inventory, has seo capabilities, and accepts payments over the internet and is INEXPENSIVE, this is for you.
