"Clunky but Okay" Posted 2022-11-02
Pros: I like some of the structures in place. It is great to be able to sync bookings to your outlook calendar, assign specific staff to certain projects, and send custom reminders to attendees.
Cons: There are some very specific issues I've run into that make it more difficult to use bookings. For instance, you cannot limit the number of sessions a certain day (ie no more than 5 bookings per Monday) and have to instead only use time buffers and hope it works out. It's a minor issue, but something that is important for the appointments I need to use Bookings for. There are several small inconveniences like this that all together add up to a larger annoyance.
Overall: It is an option that works fine if you are not picky. There are certainly many things to like about bookings but also many small issues with its usability.

"Decent Booking Software" Posted 2022-03-19
Pros: The biggest pro is integration with the rest of the Microsoft 365 universe, due to its status as a native application.
Cons: It’s a bit less than user friendly, and is missing a lot of features found in competitors.
Overall: If your objective is to have as many software solutions living in the Microsoft 365 universe, then this is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

"Great for support" Posted 2021-08-17
Pros: Easy for customers to use.
Integrates with calendar.
Fully Customisable.
Allows buffer times and work hours so you don't book yourself out and miss out on lunch, etc.Cons: The long URL it generates!
The home page is not really that customisable.Overall: We use Microsoft Bookings to get staff to book time with our Help Desk technicians.

Often we would organise a time and the person would not answer their phone or be at their computer. Using Microsoft Bookings has reduced no shows and we get all of the information we need when they book the meetings (such as phone numbers, etc)
Once a booking has been made, both people get emails and then the event added to their calendars. There are also reminders sent too. We love it.
Microsoft Bookings has become an essential part of our tools as we can organise our time. I also noticed it was used by the Health Department when booking my COVID shot! -

"Microsoft Bookings for the win" Posted 2021-03-31
Pros: Microsoft Bookings is helpful to us when we want to set aside office hours for people outside of the church to make appointments with our staff. Works great!
Cons: I wish it was more helpful for booking meetings for our staff. Perhaps some type of ability to sync with Microsoft Outlook better?
Overall: Overall, Microsoft Bookings has been helpful to us as we tried to streamline our process for setting up counseling appointments with our staff.

"Time saver" Edited 2021-03-05
Pros: Microsoft Bookings is included in the business subscription made available by Microsoft so it does not charge an extra fee. It works pretty well with other apps like outlook mail.
Cons: It requires up to a decent amount of configuration and staff requires training.
Overall: Before Microsoft Bookings, most of our appointments were made by either phone or email, which was a difficult process and made many mistakes.

"A Recommendable Software for Booking" Posted 2021-02-03
Pros: Microsoft Bookings has invested heavily on the design, which has all the features that a person can require.
Also, Microsoft Bookings ensures order in handling cases and events as they come.Cons: Despite the good design, the aspect of ease to use to Microsoft Bookings was quite left out, and the developer should perfect it.
Overall: Microsoft Bookings brings events into order and there is advanced technology that Microsoft employed to make the software function perfectly.

"A scheduling assistant with promise" Posted 2020-08-25
Pros: Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling app which comes with Microsoft 365 plans and syncs with Outlook calendar. It provides a customizable web page which clients or customers can use to book appointments anytime using self-service. It is even available as a mobile app which works great while you are on the move.
Cons: It lacks integration with other calendars besides Outlook. The setup is a bit technical and needs to be more toned down. Also, advanced users may find the customization options a bit lacking.
Overall: Despite lacking some advanced features and deep customization, Microsoft Bookings is a good scheduling tool for both the business and the customer.
