    "Helpful Tool"

Pros: I appreciate the organization, user-friendly, has everything you need nature of the site. I have yet to encounter a major problem that was not easily resolved by the support team.

Cons: I wish there was a little bit more freedom in how to create the newsletters. I don't always like when the templates dictate what goes where.

Overall: I appreciate the user-friendly, organized setup of NFG. It makes everything a lot less daunting for someone who is fairly new to the nonprofit world.

"Network For Good...Is A Network For Good!"

    Posted 2021-11-29

Pros: The constant support is a major asset. I am a novice at fundraising and needed a lot of hand-holding and my contacts did just that to include my lack of technological prowess.

Cons: I can't think of anything I did not like. I am a novice so I needed every aspect of the program to help me with success.

Overall: Working with Network for Good has been the best program for fundraising ever. I am so glad that I found out about it through a grant I wrote. I hope I will be able to raise enough money to continue working with the program. Yes, I am sold.

"Network for Good Helped Us Organize Donor Records & Future Asks"

    Posted 2021-11-29

Pros: Items listed more in chronological order... No. 7 would be highest benefit.
    1. We appreciate the ability to have NFG team transfer our raw info from spreadsheets into the tool.
    2. The recent addition to the tool to update addresses using USPS change of address database was helpful
    3. Love the webinars. Great info that I have actually used.
    4. Event ticketing has also been handy for us.
    5. May try out Auction add on next year
    6. Function to create address labels is much appreciated for annual letter writing campaign.
    7. Outstanding tech and account representative support

Cons: I am hard-pressed to come up with cons.
    1. The text blocks a lot of the cover picture when you set up an event.
    2. It is not intuitively obvious (to me) to use all the features related to setting up an event or sometimes a campaign.

Overall: Network for Good donor database tool has been a very good return on investment for Crossroads Business and Education Connection.
Team members have been a great help to us when using basic tool and new add-ons.

    "My first CRM"

    Posted 2021-11-26

Pros: I love the comprehensive database of our contacts, as well as the ability to create groups and email blast templates.

Cons: We wanted to migrate our events to NFG to sell via the donations feature, but we price different tickets differently and wanted to set caps for the total amount of tickets. Unfortunately, so far NFG just allows caps on the particular ticket type, but not for the entire set.

Overall: Overall, very useful. I love the comprehensive database of our contacts, as well as the ability to create groups and email blast templates.

    Posted 2021-11-24

Pros: We like using NFG for several reasons; ease of navigation, templates and support, coaching, office hours and more.

Cons: It would be nice if we could get more information about open rates for text messages and have a specific phone number for texts. It would help people know it is not spam.

Overall: We have been successful using this software. We have tried others but this seems to be the best comprehensive package offered.

Pros: NFG has been a guiding force in this era of the COVID pandemic giving patients and donors financial assistance to receive the medical attention they need before they develop an emergent medical condition.

Cons: NFG is so knowledgeable in the area of obtaining financial support for your organization that you wish that they could have someone work with you one on one continuously.

Overall: NFG has been a light for our path to start during this COVID pandemic and giving us a technological platform to obtain donations for our development.

    Pros: - Good value
    - Well organized
    -I own my data
    - No one yells at me for not knowing how to do things; the calls are very helpful.

Cons: So far, nothing! Everyone has been helpful; no pushy sales calls. My only wish is that I had a clone to help me set it all up.

Overall: This service, and everyone associated with it, are very helpful to my tiny nonprofit. I thought that I wouldn't be able to afford it, and was surprised to find out that I will only be bringing in more money; there is no risk.

As a donor advised fund, I know that we are in full compliance with all individual states' requirements, and know that all of our donors are receiving immediate thank you notes and relevant tax receipts.

Cons: We wish the templates were a little more flexible, but understand that they are templates.

Pros: A well designed and easy to use platform that eases effective communication with donors. I also like it because it is easy to the grow donors base. They also provide great tools for newsletters, videos and donor data base. They have transformed my communication with donors from a difficult challenge to one of the fun things about my work.

Cons: The cost of monthly payments may be high for small non profits that are just starting. But can be easily covered with time as the donor base grows.

Overall: Our information is organized in one place. The best donor communication and giving platform. It is great for donors who want to set up regular giving. They collect the funds and send it to our bank account making our work so much easier.

    Posted 2021-11-19

Pros: So far this is the easiest platform that I use. For starters, there are easy-to-follow tips and guide to help you maximize this tool. Their customer service is Superb! they we able to walk us thru on each and every process. the company is providing helpful webinars, resources, brochures to fully utilize the system. and there's o much that you can do with it!

Cons: Since they offer a lot of systems. I sometimes get overwhelmed and forget where to find and how to navigate something. That's why their built-it guide is really helpful. But as time goes by you'll get to use the system and will be familiar with the navigation.

Overall: for beginners Network For Good is the most convenient tool to use. Its customer care is very professional and helpful! We started using this tool last year and were still very satisfied with the service that they're proving and will continue to use it for our campaign and fundraising programs for our organization.

"Network For Good "Jumpstarted" Project Spark Studio"

    Posted 2021-11-18

Pros: As co-founder of Project Spark Studio, a non-profit student film studio in Northern CA, I was researching CRM software because we had outgrown our excel spreadsheets. We needed better ways to keep track of our contacts, manage giving and send out communications that looked professional. We found out about and applied for the Jumpstart Grant--an opportunity that paired a year's worth of Network For Good's CRM software with structured tech support and monthly sessions with a fundraising coach who had over 20 years experience working with non-profits. This was a $6,800 value--a lot less than many of the other options that provided the CRM only. We have been beyond happy with this opportunity and the Network For Good software. Because of the structured support, which required us to meet with tech support 3x's within the first 3 months, we got online quickly and experimented with many of the different features included. This CRM is meant for beginning to emerging non-profits and it is fabulous. It keeps track of all donations, contacts, and communication all in one program. The communication portion is easily as robust as MailChimp and nice that you don't have to export your contacts into another program. You can also create fillable forms for events or class registrations, send out form letters automatically, collect donations, etc. Tech support has been fabulous, and the wait time is usually minimal. Whenever I call with a question, they take time to troubleshoot and help solve my problem, often offering a better solution. If you get this software, I would highly recommend pairing it with the fundraising coach(optional). Our coach has helped us rethink many of the events and forms we used as well as given us many strategies for fundraising that are current and have helped us see immediate increases in our fundraising. She has helped us do things we had only thought about doing "someday". The coaches provide that encouragement and accountability to keep moving forward with the inevitable learning curve of learning and implementing a new software even as simple to use as Network For Good. The things we have done already in the last 6 months, are things it would have taken us 2 to 3 years to complete and get up and running.

Cons: I don't have any cons. Network For Good and Jumpstart have a researched and amazing formula that works between the tech support, CRM and coaching.

Overall: Our experience has exceeded our expectations and we are grateful to the folks at Network For Good not only for their excellent products, but also for their heart in helping emerging non-profits meet their goals and achieve success. They get where we are at and what we need.

    "A very Satisfied Client"

    Posted 2021-11-12

Pros: Consulting services for specific issues; knowledgeable friendly staff, great tools and templates, very user friendly.

Cons: The consulting sessions are only 30 minutes long. I wish they would extend them to 45. You lose 5-7 minutes identifying what you want to cover.

Overall: To be honest, I was very skeptical when I first spoke with Network for Good; it sounded too good to be true. I had worked with several other well-known CRM products and found many to be complicated or not user-friendly. I am amazed at how simple and easy it is to work with the staff at Network for Good. I usually hate communicating through chat. I like talking to a real person. Network for good was the first chat experience that I found effective. The people are very knowledgeable and patient, and they always follow up to make sure my questions are answered. They provide great templates to help you get started, and I feel like they really care and want to help me succeed. No matter when I leave a question in the chat, someone gets back to me. If I want to speak with a person, I can. I am thoroughly pleased with the product and the services they provide. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, simple, but well-developed product to engage with their donors.
